If your a real driver do not take a job here! They hire a bunch of unlicensed fresh mouth punks! Then have them training licensed drivers telling them how to drive! Its a joke! I quit after 2 days! I been living on a truck for years! I dont need some idiot thats been driving in a parking lot for 6 months with no class A license telling me how to drive!

Pathetic management.. gets rid of the best employees to get cheaper ones. It's all a money game for these trash individuals. Should I mention they terminated me during this pandemic without a real cause.

I was told they needed more information to deliver my package. I gave them the information and still. No package they need more information. Ups or fed ex has never not been able to deliver

Trucks have broken parts that the supervisor refuses to fix because they get a bonus if they lies about the trucks. Don't get hurt or you will be discriminated and mistreated. Coworkers and the supervisor spread your personal information. the pay is not very good for what you have to endure. I personally regret ever wasting my time for this company

I have been with Lazer Spot for 10 years on June 1st. I have held many different positions, ranging from driver to management and many in between. I love this company and have chosen to build my career around it. I am currently at the site in Jefferson City, MO. The manager of this site is always fair and consistent. I enjoy working under his leadership. The corporate office and everyone there is always helpful and willing to help with anything l have ever needed. The company is all one big family/team with one goal. I have made many lifetime friends working here and plan to be here for a long time.

Working here in Illinois. I come to work and the manager is high or on something. The manager never is around and treats his favorites better and so obvious. they refuse to pay us overtime and continues to work us 60-70 per week. I would not recommend this job unless your right out of school and need practice.

Worst and pathetic place to work in karmax Milton location due to supervisor name Wes, he has no manner to talk with employees, always try to take advantage of employees and they are always short of people because they use them as tissue paper. There is no way to report him to higher authority, they should fire him and replace a person who knows how to respect their employees.

I'm a current employee, working in Lordstown Ohio.. I have to say the company takes care of their employees and pays very well.. only negative is it has expensive health insurance that I can't afford.

AWFUL AWFUL!!!!! They treat employees with NO respect. Corporate is a not anywhere anyone should work. the field is disgusting. Whether you are a driver or a corporate employee, RUN! Do not waste your time. They do not value their hard working employees, they will cheat you, lie to you, give out personal info. No one cares about anyone other than themselves. Recruiting department is an absolute joke...

They treat there employees like garbage, no respect, low wages ,they don t respect employees in any aspect or illness , they hire with the intent to terminate at least in the Florida region, I m aware of this because I was a manager here who always Looked out for the drivers, because I knew what it was to be a driver myself, I definitely would not recommend working for this company,especially in south Florida there area manager Mike kinder is a real peace of work, he threatens employees and harasses them and convinces ownership to Think he is in the right.
