I believe I spoke with the owner and he was misogynistic and beyond rude. I have been in the insurance industry in the past and was inquiring what my best policy options would be after not driving for six years. He actually told me to call the agent I used to work for and hung up on me!! Nothing against Progressive, just don't use this agent if you actually need to deal with anyone in the office.

Very honest and competent young agent /Thomas/went through all the details of my auto insurance policy and offered me a good premium. I would highly recommend this agency! Great job!
