They really don't return calls it's been 2 1/2 weeks and I called 3 times

Low end attorney firm that attempts to give landlords a difficult time. This firm is mostly ran by idealistic college grads trying to build expierence to get into a better firm and old washed up attorneys that are tired of being held responsible in a private firm. They will write letters but never respond to calls or emails as letters are about the farthest extent they are willing to go.

I can't get any help they don't answer phones & I'll be evicted soon & I'm on disability smh horrible situation I'm in & cancan't get help.

DON'T waste your time or energy contacting this organization!!
In the past two years, I've had the need to reach out to them three times.
Each time, an intake interview was done, detailed documentation provided for a case. The intake person will appear to act like the organization truly wishes to help/assist in your need.
Then when their committee of lawyers meet, to see if they will act upon your case, you ALWAYS get the same excuse.. "We are short staffed and unable to take your case at this time".
I truly wonder if a committee even meets??
Does this non-profit organization receive funding for each intake interview, knowing they aren't interested in taking a case?? Something tells me they do!!
I would HIGHLY recommend NOT wasting your time in this organization!!
Organizations like this should be ashamed they even exist. I'm grateful I don't work for an organization that has such a poor practice!!
Any other organizations that recommend this group should think twice before their recommendations!!
