Digging up a garden path in my yard, and needed sand for the pavers I'm installing. Asked for their recommendation for sand material, and they told me I would need "2A modified". They delivered the materials and dumped near the work area while I was working. I came out to check that materials were delivered, and noticed that they had dumped gravel, not sand. I called their office the same day it was delivered, and was told to contact the office manager, LuAnne. From that point forward, it was nothing but BLAME THE CUSTOMER. She acknowledged that there was miscommunication about what material was going to be dropped off on-site, but continued to tell me there was no way they could take back their materials, and drop off the correct materials. This was not my fault, and yet they made it feel like it was my fault when they wouldn't exchange materials, and wanted to make me pay twice for materials, even the materials I never wanted in the first place. I was clear about wanting SAND for pavers, and the resolution has been anything BUT clear. Bad customer service!

Asked for a specific delivery time and they said ok. Two hours early no one was home that knew where I wanted mulch dumped so they put it right in my lawn. Thanks for the extra work and wasted product that is mixed with grass that I can t use because it s mixed with grass. Been using this company for a decade. NEVER AGAIN too many other choices.

Lawnworks came, cleaned up, and put mulch down on my steep bank on my driveway, which was loaded with weeds and was not attractive at all. Today I have an attractive area and have received many compliments.
I highly recommend Lawnworks for your next project.
