I'm not recommend her. I hire her on 2001. And I pay. 2500. For nothing. She send. All my paperwork to the wrong place. And I lost everything. I'm going to try get my money back. Even. Been this late. People please don't trust her.

I describe my experience in MBI Law Office as a very successful one. I just got my U.S. Permanent Residence throughout her office and her team told me what to do step by step and they guided me from the beginning to the end in a very professional and careful way. We were at first dealing with some tricky family law matters that we had other firms turn us away as it was beyond their scope and a little too complex. We then found Marcia on a lawyers list website and her reviews were great, one in particular stood out to me where one of her clients was a lawyer himself and engaged her services for family law matters. If that doesn t tell you something right there I don t know what will.
Right away from first speaking with Marcia I knew she was extremely capable and professional at what she does, very well spoken and knows this system over here inside and out. Her assistance with our family law matter as stated above was complex, she was able to navigate it very well, present multiple options to tackle it and were very satisfied with how that side of things was taken care of.
Next up was a few emergency immigration matters which again Marcia was able to tackle brilliantly, they were all last minute and very time critical, on top of that right in the middle of Covid-19. I myself needed a couple of visa extensions, the second was a shock and needed to be handled very quickly, both Marcia and her paralegal Joyce jumped on it right away and obtained the outcome we are looking for.
Another amazing thing Marcia did for us was help us obtain a passport while in the middle of the Covid-19 shutdown. Sometimes in the USA it s not what you know but who you know.
Something else that really should be noted apart from Marcia and her firms professionalism, is herself and the other people working there are very caring. You don t get the feeling from them you are just a paying client and there is no care factor for what you are dealing with, there is a genuine level of investment in what you might be dealing with and compassion. That is somewhat rare I would say, lawyers that genuinely feel invested in your outcome will always fight harder for their clients than those that don t.
So as far as we are concerned, we could not more highly recommend Marcia and her firm. Special thanks to Joyce as well for just being lovely to deal with and very prompt and proactive.

Marcia is the best attorney ever , she is amazing and she is professional. She did a great job with my case . She helped me with my divorce case and with my immigration status both was difficult but I had a success with Marcia!!!!
I would not recommend Marcia Binder Ibrahim or her Law Office for any immigration services. I was wrongly advised by her in October, 2013 and I ended paying an additional $1200 in unnecessary visa application fee's which I did not even need to submit.
I specifically asked her in October, 2013 if I needed to submit 3 separate I-130's for my case and her answer was YES. Also there was a lot more information she misadvised me on, but I cannot share this information as its about my family.
I went to see Marcia again July, 2014 for a second consultation to review my current situation. The advice she gave me this time was the complete OPPOSITE to what she advised in 2013. This time she said I did NOT need to file three separate i-130's and that some of my family members would not be able to get a visa for at least 2 and half years. Well all of this information was a shock to me, because it was completely different to her advice in 2014.
Also during this consultation she actually went and did some research on the computer/book which automatically caught my eye because she didn't do it the first time we spoke. She came back to me and me aware of a few things which she did not tell me in our consultation in 2013.
Not only that, I asked her what changed in the last 10 months with my case? Well she came back with some excuse that the ''laws had changed'' and the way she said it just seemed like she came up with anything as an excuse. Marcia knew that she didn't advise me correctly, so she had to come back with a pathetic excuse to cover herself.
After the second consultation I got suspicious about this advice, so I went to see TWO immigration lawyers whose core service focus was immigration only and they gave me the bad news. I was directly told by both of them that you've been misadvised by Marcia.
I would NOT recommend Marcia for any immigration law services, it seems like an ADD-ON service she sells, but its not her core focus. She shouldn't be advising on the service if she can't provide the correct guidance to her customers.
Please trust this review I've wasted 10 months of my life because of her advice.
I consulted and hired Attorney Brock and Marcia for I130 petition of my wife. Brock helped me respond to a notice from USCIS in a timely manner. One of the most important thing I would like to hilight here is that Brock communicates in a professional and timely manner to his clients which resulted in myself never waiting to hear back from him on anything.
