Had a case several years ago. I trusted him to do the right thing. On the day of court for a misdemeanor he tells me to plead guilty and then wants me to pay a $500.00 fine. There was a couple cases in front of me for same offense paying HALF. I told him the complainants weren't even there and he said they were somewhere else and advised me to plea guilty. I didnt know any better at the time. I later found out he lied to me. The complainants weren't there. No officers were there. He just wanted to end the case because he would have to go back to another county if I plead not guilty. I trusted him and gave him good money. I could have plead guilty by myself and saved over $1200.00. He didnt look out for me or my wallet, only what was best for him. He got over on me and because of that guilty plea I have had repercussions ever since. He can't be trusted!

Bad experience. Promises the world. Stay away there are better lawyers.

Got the job done but would never hire again nor would I recommend to anyone in my circle. He seemed rushed to just get me in front of a judge and was literally the one convicting me instead of trying to get me a lower penalty. Seemed like he was more worried of looking good in front of the judge.

Got the job done, but would not hire again. He seemed rushed and we did not feel as if our case was a priority of his. He was trying to talk us out of following through because he did not think we would win....while we were literally about to go on the stand.

I was referred to Carlos by two different people for my expungement and he was super nice and professional. The matter took a little longer than I expected but it was NOT his fault by any means. He was on top of it and went to bat for me and got the job done. I would definitely recommend.

Carlos is official And affordable all I had to do was show up dressed for the occasion and he got me in and out with a small fine. Thank You!
