Hotel has nice buildings, great pool, amazing and super friendly and funny staff, even halfboard had beach towels, wifi, pool entry and sunbed included in the price. Some activities were limited due to COVID-19.

Room was not that nice and looked quite old (especially bathroom) even though we paid extra for "Superior room". Fridge in the room operated only when we were in the room, otherwise it switched off when we pulled out the key from it's place (so not ideal for keeping fresh sendwiches while you are on the beach whole day). Packed/late dinner and early breakfast were not good at all - very small portions and not fresh. Also, surrounding of the hotel is not nice either.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and the food is very nice. The only disappointment is that even though we have paid all inclusive the drinks are rationed and watered down. Their management handled things very unprofessionally, however the bar staff particularly George made our holiday extra special. If only everyone was like George. You also cannot do anything fun as a big group, do not come as a family. It is more ideal for couples who do not drink a lot, do not like to jump in the pool and go to bed early.

Fabulous family Hotel and Spa. Very helpful staff. Extremely clean and tidy. Amazing choice of food. Great swimming pools. Wide range of treatments available at the Spa.

Worst stay ever. No information given about the activities, schedule, etc. Frontdesk is helpless in showing directions. All Inclusive where almost everything (also local) costs extra. You're getting one bottle of water for the whole stay and then water on tap at the bar, and it smells like chlorine. Dirty dishes, fruits and dairy gone bad, demolished and unsafe playground, VERY loud music they call animation starting 9pm, promised but missing activities like kids club, unfriendly and uneducated staff at the reception. Lies about not receiving reservation and trying to force to sign an agreement that accommodation and transfer in another hotel is accepted as compensation. Surroundings are not pretty. Better go somewhere else.

The level of commitment and dedication of all the hotel staff and service people is incredible and unsurpassed. I have travelled the world but never experienced such amazing service!

I visited with my family a week ago, the staff was helpful and with a smile on their face always! Enjoyed the swimming pool and the accommodations of the hotel! A minus point is that in the restaurant it was hot some times and some of the waiters were running up and down nervously, with the occasional yells from a waiter(?), is the only reason that I'm giving it three stars rating.

I stayed in Lavris hotel last September and absolutely loved it. I was travelling solo and there was a bus stop near by to get you to anywhere. Lots of day trips available, hotel collection. Staff lovely, friendly and courteous. Food was excellent. Highly recommend. I'm hoping to return.

Very relaxing place with all workers being polite and helpful. Love'ly place, 10/15mins walk from the beech, plus there is a minibus shuttle's down to the beech and back at certain times in case you dont want to walk. Staff very accomidating and does there very best to be helpfull and accomidate you.
