I stopped by one of their properties, Commerce Meadows, and was very surprised.... the fact that this property would employ the redhead, Jessica or Kelsey, it was hard to understand her cold mumbles, might be something they look into... She is super rude, points at things for answers. I would think [if this management company has to do with hiring?] they would have better taste in who over sees a community internally. My mother has lived in this community for about ten years, my uncle prior, and my youngest brother just moved in. I stopped in to inquire about who the Management company was and the manager, so i can do some research on if I wanted to move closer to work... I deal with management companies/HOA's for a living... I don't work for them or know how the hiring goes, but they need to know how terrible customer service is at one of their property locations, especially if she is working for a community like this.. Excuse any brevity and looped sentences, typing on phone review.

In Lauratec Sand & Sea in Boynton Beach Florida, the management hates cats and refuses to get a free Animal Rescue League that I had call several times. Hey threaten eviction if you feed the cats that are everywhere. The maintanenece man John told me on just a few days ago that all the cats are going to be killed and they dont deserve love to another woman. The property manager tells tenants to use bleach to solve the problem. The whole management needs to be fired and major protests are being organized right now to get rid of them and to prevent the further dusappearance of the tenants cats and feral cats we are trying to make community cats. Over 14 cats are missing in 2 weeks now and they think we dont know what they are doing. Sand & Sea will continue to have bad feedback ntil they do their job and get rid of the staff. Hey are corrupt and do many illegal things. Get rid of the pedophiles, murderers, drug dealers, and junkies.
Nothing but sociopaths work there. Management has pedophiles and convicts living there. There are several people in each trailer not on the.lease and many without citizenship. The staff does nothing all day and thats why the place is the ghetto now. Join us in making Sand & Sea nice again and come to the HOA meeting and vote for removal of all management and workers there. Poisoning cats is a crime. They were charged with animal cruelty on 5 counts which is public.notice so call Boynton Beach local Animal control and see for yourself. I was told by Animal Conrol they are watching g management very closely. I as a Peggy Adams volunteer am sick to my stomach knowing they keep turning down FREE HELP to get the cat population in control there. As I say poisoning is illegal and Lautrec has knowledge of what the property manager and staff members are doing. They are condoning that behavior and until they rid the REAL problem and clean house, we will continue to post negative feedback. I am a voice for these poor animals and I have several more voices you will see. Join the protest. You know when it is if you were told to read this. Thank you for your HELP in advance!!!

This could be a really nice place except for the '...

This could be a really nice place except for the 'do the least you have to and get out' maintenance staff and the ridiculously bad customer service. 10am for a 9am service appointment. Called at 920 - no answer, left a message asking for a call with an update.... no call but maintenance arrives at 10. No booties on his shoes, smells like he bathed last week... I understand the snow fall requires attention to do the walks, but lets be honest for a minute. 1. You do not even start until 830am, so most people have left long before you arrive to do the walks. 2. it is not hard to answer a phone or return a call. 3. If it snows and I pay my rent late, will you waive the late fee because dealing with snow takes priority?
This is the second time this has happened. Last time I called, I asked why I wasn't called and was told "We were going to call you but we weren't' sure how late he was going to be"
It is not uncommon that the phones are not answered or even that messages are not returned, general excuse is their phone system was acting up. This is sheer lack of caring on the part of the employees..

Managment DOES NOT care about any resident they on...

Managment DOES NOT care about any resident they only care that parts of their park looks good. They do not listen to consernds unless it benefits them. Water rates are extremely high , you must pay city rates EVERY month not every 3 months like everyone else. Just a very bad place to live. My suggestion look elsewhere for a home terrible place to live

I am thoroughly disgusted with this company and it's greedy management. Every year the rent is raised and nothing given to the residents to show why. Now this year instead of the 10.00 a year increase they decided it was not enough and raised it $25.00. Bad enough that the rent went from 99.00 a month to now PAYING $549.00 a month. For what? There is no way that they can say that the cost of inflammation has raised the rent this MUCH. They don't include any water, trash, cable , telephone or any amenities with this cost. You better be careful not to complain or not have your grass cut or be late with the rent because you will be Overly fined or threatened with eviction or labeled as a problem tenant. The newest bulletin posted today 6/3/2019 is that there will be no drop box at the office for rental payment effective on 6/4/2019. What wonderful notification to all the residents -given a 1 day notice that was posted at the mail boxes. Absolutely no courtesy notification given in advance to warn ANYONE. Hand deliver a check to the office during their hours. PLEASE- get real. I work. I leave at 5:15 am and get home by 5:30 pm. Monday through Friday. I work 30 miles away. How is that going to happen. They open at 8:00 am and close at 4:30 pm. Mail a check a week in advance. I don't think so. I only get paid 2 x a month. I really think that this company and it's executives need to get a hold of themselves. Maybe a phone call to our local news station and a visit on camera about this might do something but I seriously doubt it. I seriously think it's about time to move out. This is in reference to their Mobile home community in Sandston Virginia-- Forest Meadows.

They don't care about anyone but putting money in there pocket they keep raising the rent and half the people can't afford it more people are going to move out you would figure they would help us not buried us

Poor management and customer service, the parking ...

Poor management and customer service, the parking spaces are not maintained, you receive no services at all for your lot fees except you get to maintain the lot you rent, you can count on monthly fees going up at least $22 a month or more each year, and you will be charged a monthly pet fee if you have a cat or a bird that never goes outside, you can count on getting notices for cutting your grass less than a week after you cut it. its just a rip off. Did not want to give a star but had to in order to leave a review.

The one thing lacking are smart and honorable mana...

The one thing lacking are smart and honorable managers willing to enforce guidelines. That's what makes the difference between a tidy ship vs a garbage pail! Trash remains because managers are afraid of loosing tenants. In the end, however, trash will be all they have. Even the attempts at puting in newer financed homes doesn't seem to work. They start going down trash hill pretty quickly too! Trash all over and management doesn't even take the initiative to walk through and write up! Maybe this company does not pay or train them adequately? It seems simple......enforce the rule book and refine those great park rules to be even more detailed! Push out the garbage. Invest there and then buy up what is salvageable to fix and rent out. It would be better for those of us that upkeep our homes to live by park owned rentals with eviction potential than by some overcrowded rat infested soggy and deplorable junk heap that will just keep spreading more and more as vacant lots open up next door or until the owner literally dies. And so it is.....another one bites the dust at Cederbrook Estates! Land of the drug lords and gangs that harass and intimidate innocent little children trying to quietly play in there own unfenced yards. It doesn't matter how many times you complain! Management is deaf as long as the trash heap rent is paid and ultimately I think they prey upon you if you do complain. Unhappy tenants, after all, might " sell low" back to Cederbrook. Therefore, the unaddressed complaint might be their tactic. Who knows? Nevertheless, that sleezy tactic won't work with this unsuspecting fly that got caught up living in your hopelessly doomed suburban getto! Vacant it was and vacant it soon shall be! I'd rather take the recycled boards with me than to let them be consumed in such a deplorable junkyard. Besides....that should make all your vacant lot sprawlers very happy. Lots more vacant space at Cederbrook for the bullies, druggies, gangs, and disrespectful tenants to rule over. So beware...White Lake is really only a "suburb" north of 59 and Cederbrook is the host for something entirely different and they have no intention of turning that tide.
