This could be a really nice place except for the 'do the least you have to and get out' maintenance staff and the ridiculously bad customer service. 10am for a 9am service appointment. Called at 920 - no answer, left a message asking for a call with an update.... no call but maintenance arrives at 10. No booties on his shoes, smells like he bathed last week... I understand the snow fall requires attention to do the walks, but lets be honest for a minute. 1. You do not even start until 830am, so most people have left long before you arrive to do the walks. 2. it is not hard to answer a phone or return a call. 3. If it snows and I pay my rent late, will you waive the late fee because dealing with snow takes priority?
This is the second time this has happened. Last time I called, I asked why I wasn't called and was told "We were going to call you but we weren't' sure how late he was going to be"
It is not uncommon that the phones are not answered or even that messages are not returned, general excuse is their phone system was acting up. This is sheer lack of caring on the part of the employees..
