How many beauty businesses can you honestly say you really TRUST to take care of you? By taking care of you, I mean not just providing you with a great service (as a pretty particular client, I always expect this). I mean providing a great service consistently, EVERY SINGLE TIME and from every aspect--great service with respect to how you are treated by staff, how much you are charged based on the service, and how reliable and comforted you feel with the products that are being used on delicate parts of your body, like your eyelashes. In my opinion, when you know a business is truly taking care of you, you find you can always trust them. And when you develop that level of trust, you will never have to worry about damage or disappointment.

I've been a client of Lash Boutique & Skincare for almost a year now. When it comes to beauty services, I am very particular, and on top of that, I had never had any service done to my lashes prior to coming there. Needless to say, I did not know what to expect, but had many questions. After receiving services for almost a year, I can still honestly tell you that I am beyond grateful that my first appointment allowing anyone to touch my eyelashes was at Lash Boutique.

As all women know, there are many beauty businesses out there to choose from. But there is one common theme amongst most of them---they lack the proper skills, expertise and training they are expected to be equipped with, fair prices, high-quality products and honest suggestions that we may or may not want to hear, but that are in our best interests. Very professional place . Clean great Vibe. They use a quality product that last a long time . I live in Coral Gables and drive all the way to Eye Lash Boutique. So worth the drive !!!

Very nice and welcoming. I took my daughter to get the lash lift and tint and it came out AMAZING. Since this was her first time the process was explained step by step, which I loved. I am very happy with the outcome of the lashes and the vibe of the place. Like I said very nice and welcoming. I booked my appt already!

I was coming to Miami for my Grandmas Birthday and wanted to get my lashes done. Because I am from LA and unfamiliar with lash artists, I checked on yelp to find the best lash place and stumbled upon Lash Boutique & Skincare. I called and had the pleasure of speaking with Fabi. Fabi, for lack of better words, Is beyond amazing. On that first phone call, from 30 thousand miles away I felt as if I had known her for a long time. She talked to me about her work, and how her main focus is taking care of her customers lashes. She was upfront and honest and I couldn't wait to get my lashes done by her.

When I arrived I was warmly greeted by Kristin the receptionist. The place was super clean and had about 4/5 private rooms. I loved the ambiance and privacy at Lash Boutique & Skincare. When I met Fabi in person, she brought me into the private room and talked about which style and size lash would be best for me. She knows a lot of about lashes and extremely good at knowing what works for you!!! The best part is that she is thourogh and quick!

Let me say, I am extremely picky when it comes to lashes. Fabi has surpassed my expectations. She did a better job than anything I could have ever imagined. Everywhere I go, I get so many compliments. They look so natural. Everyone always asks where I got them done. I will definitely be recommending Lash Boutique & Skincare (specifically Fabi) to all my friends and family in Miami. Its been about 3 weeks since I got them done and they still look amazing.

Lash Boutique & Skincare is very reasonably priced and they use only the best quality. Again,I am very picky about my lashes,Fabi is too. Every detail, every product, used, meticulously tested, chosen and thought out with the clients best interest at heart which is the thing I appreciated most about her.

If you're like me stumbling on yelp to find the best lash place, definitely come see Fabi at Lash Boutique & Skincare and you will not regret it!

All in all Fabi and Lash Boutique & Skincare exceeded my expectations! I feel like I left Lash Boutique & Skincare with a new family. I will definitely be coming back here when I am back in Miami! Thanks a million Fabi!

Hade service here on 4/27/2019. I had high def lash extension done and brow tint plus wax. Very professional excellent service and very clean studio. I would recommend.

I first went to Fabi for a lash lift and decided to get lash extensions done for my anniversary and I cannot imagine how much it has changed my eyes and since we are mostly wearing masks I have gotten so many compliments
Fabi is funny and quirky she's so much fun to be around
I always look forward to my appointments! 5 stars all the way!

Also she is super on point with cleaning I am a nurse she uses Cavi wipes and cleans in between each client
I feel very safe coming to her with the pandemic she always wears a mask and washes her hands before and after each service I notice all these things
its just her and you during the appointment...she makes sure you feel safe.

I had the best lash experience I have ever had, at lash boutique and skincare. The people were extremely kind, and very professional. They took the time to explain everything to me and were very knowledgeable. The Owner Fabienne really took care of me and did an amazing job. I will be going here from now on!

Just wanted to come and review my experience with Lash Boutique.

I searched for lashes and was debating on 2 other lash salons and after reading about Lash Boutique I decided to go with Fabi she was the one that answered the phone after hours which surprised me.
She explained the process and was such a pleasure talk to.
I made my appointment online and when I went into the salon I was greeted by everyone even the clients were nice!

The session took a little over an hour and needless to say I was ecstatic with my new lashes.
It s been about 2 months since my first visit and I have gone in 3 times to do my refills.
We also spoke of facials and I have already booked both my facial and refill.

So happy to find such a professional and friendly place to do my lashes and facials.

Absolutely amazing!!!! I have been looking for over 2 months for the perfect place to do my eyelash extensions but was so afraid because of all the lashes gone wrong but let me tell you, Fabienne and her girls are extremely professional, timely, and efficient. They treat you like you re part of the family and they really make you feel comfortable. Fabi knows exactly what she s doing and her expertise is evident 100%. She explains everything to you and she really cares about her clients. I am in utter shock and entirely in love with my new lashes

As a male who likes to take care of himself, I truly enjoy the services given to me when I go into get a facial. Better professionalism and environment won't be found anywhere else, especially with the low customer service I tend to find in Miami.

Let me start with that I am not a review writer but my eyelash technician at Lash boutique is amazing!!! She saved my eyes and eyesight and I will be forever grateful to her for coming in and opening her salon on her day off to take care of me even after I cheated on her and did my eyelashes with some one else in a different establishment. She is an amazing person she took care of my issue and I had to beg her to charge me can you believe her. Fabi thank you for everything and for been so compassionate!

I've been a regular client for 1.5 years and highly recommend Lash Boutique! Fabi is the best lash tech - she's very knowledgeable and experienced so she knows what's best for her clients. The service is always great and my lashes always look amazing!!

If I would have the option to review -50 stars I would do it. The worst experience I've ever had in my life with customer service. Don't ever go to this place. They're just super rude and mean. They didn't want to schedule me an appointment for refill only because the unqualified and unprofessional people who work there (the guy and his sister) didn't explain me that there was a price difference for the two week's refill ($55) and the three week's one ($75) when I asked for a refill. He scheduled me in the three week's one so I would pay more. What a thief!!! My friend called this place after me and he offered her available appointments for the following day. I called again to claim why he was lying to me telling me that they were booked for those days and that the next available was for the third week, and he said that I wasn't able to get one because I treated him as a liar and he doesn't want me to come back because he doesn't need my money. That's is nonprofessional at all. If you have a misunderstanding with a client you still have to be professional and serve her, not hanging up the phone and insulting her, because that's what he did and it was very disrespectful. I feel bad for Paola because she is nice and she was really doing a great a job on my lashes, I was recommending a lot of people to go there but of course I won't do it anymore unfortunately because of the owners that are not trained to attend a business, she is going to loss a lot of loyal customers like me. What a shame about this place.

Fast apt, really professional, explain everything in detail for me since I'm a first timer. Paola did my lash and brow tinting and they came out great, exactly what I wanted . I'm 8 months pregnant and she was so sweet and kept me comfortable. Will do business again. Next apt in two weeks for refill

I ve been treated like family here since day one I have seen this grow from the first location to the current location. Everyone from the reception to the staff always go above and beyond.
My lashes are always done to my liking and specification. I go from a day to day look to full glam for special events.

If you want someone that will go above and beyond to make your lashes look fabulous and a facial that keeps your face glowing for weeks this is the place for you.

I received a Gift Card from my daughter for Lash Boutique & Skincare, I was a bit hesitant on going into get my lashes done since I had never done so before. I came into there shop and was greeted by the receptionist and was impressed of how polite she was, immediately asked me if I wanted something to drink or needed anything, which being from South Fl you do not get that very often. I walked into the owners room Fabi and she began to explain the lash extension process in detail, broke down the pros & cons and gave me a true product knowledge breakdown of how everything would be applied, the material being used and how to take care of the lashes. The end result was amazing, to say the least. After two weeks, these lashes still look great and the amount of compliments I have received from family and friends, has brought some confidence back into my life. Looking forward to going back into Lash Boutique and making this a new routine, I think we as women have to treat ourselves to what makes us happy, and these lashes have made me very happy.

The facial (best I've ever had...it wasn't just someone rubbing lotions or serums it was a CLEANING!) and the lashes I got were natural and I've gotten so many compliments everywhere I go!

Fabienne saved my lashes! I made a mistake of going to Amazing Lash Studio in Coral Gables first and they ruined my lashes. I was in tears. I came to Lash Boutique and Skincare and Fabienne did everything she could to fix the damage. Her products are featherweight and very natural looking. No more drag queen look ( and it's ok if that's what you're going for, I wasn't) and heavy plastic lashes glued together. Lash Boutique should be the only place you go to!

First time doing my lashes and wow am I impressed, Fabi not only explained every step she made sure I felt comfortable and at home, she s extremely professional and her boutique is very clean!!! I will be traveling to miami every 2 weeks from NY to have her do my lashes! I m HOOKED!!!

Not very knowledgeable in eyelashes they stick the eyelash directly to your eyelid that is incorrect applying of the eyelash it is not supposed to be attached to the skin that s how you end up with eye infections and eye mites yes eye notes research it .

I m from out of town (California) visiting and figured I give it a try.
I saw her reviews and knew I had to come to Lash Boutique.

She walked me through the whole process explaining lengths and even what the weights meant which was very interesting.
We chatted through out the whole session.
It felt like she had just started when she told me she was done. (An hour and 15 minutes flew by!)

When I saw my new lashes I felt like I was a whole new person!

The place was really cute and the service amazing. The girls were very polite and they did an amazing job with my lashes.

I've been coming to fabi for a few months now and I love her! It was my first time trying lash extensions and i was so nervous but she put me at ease! she has great quality lashes and glue that i trust around my eyes. I'm an eye doctor and take quality and professionalism really seriously, and she is amazing! Her work is detailed and you can tell she cares about her clients and just wants to make them happy. She works with my crazy schedule too! She is great and I always get compliments on my lashes from my patients!

Came here to get my first full set of lashes and wow!
The staff was amazing they all greeted me with a smile and offered me something to drink right away also some treats (yum!)
I was a little apprehensive because I ve heard of all the horror stories and as I was walking in a saw a woman leaving with her eyes swollen
They had just taken a woman that had gotten some craziness from a nail salon that no one else would take! They were so nice to that women...at that moment I knew I was coming to the right place!
Most places in Miami would have said oh well we didnt do it!
But not the ladies at Lash Boutique
On to my experience I was explained the whole process before she started
I got my lashes and I m I love! They are nice and soft and natural looking (but noticeable)
My husband thinks they are sexy (big plus!)
Will be a forever client!

THE. BEST. LASHES. IN. FLORIDA. I have had my lashes done at a few places here in Miami, but none have compared to Lash Boutique! Fabi does my lashes, and let me tell you, with these lashes, I have gone on boats, sky diving, snorkeling, and the beach and these things have lasted! They are 110% worth it, the quality and look of the lashes and the length of time they have lasted is amazing. 10/10 would recommend Fabi to anyone looking to get high quality lash extensions done for a great price.
