They never answer the damn phones. It's nearly impossible to schedule an apt with them when you need it or is convenient for you.
This office is highly disorganized. I have to track down prescriptions that were supposed to be called in, follow up multiple times on test results, I get charged the wrong co-pay, then told I need to meet my insurance deductible (I don't have a deductible). If I don't micromanage things at this doctors' office, they fall apart. Not the best customer service model at all. The medical staff is nice enough and seem competent, but I have seen 5 different practitioners over an 8 month time frame. They seem to rotate doctors through and that makes continuity of care very difficult. I want to like this place because the location is great, the facility is new and clean, the people are nice, but it just seems poorly managed.
Oh God they make me crazy over there , those places they donot treat you properly , I gave urine test , blood test and 3rd day took ultrasound and they didnot gave me my pregnancy result and asked them and she told me that my pregnancy is not fully known , she is not suppose to say to me , am almost 14 weeks , and she told me to wait 1 month to know my pregnancy test , that is ridicules and pissed me off and change my insurance ride away after that they donot even want to release my records to my new Dr those employee are just there to get paid with out treating pts in the proper manner ,UN profetional people .
EDIT: I went back to speak with the Dr and discussed switching to an IUD instead (and to ask what the hold up was). She sent a note to her Manager about the issue, and I signed the paperwork and left. Before I had even reached my car in the parking lot, the Manager had already called my insurance to approve the IUD and was calling to schedule an appointment within a week!
The Dr was fantastic, but it's was months since my visit and I still haven't received a report of my condition or a call back for the Implanon insert. In fact, the only thing they've remembered to do was bill me.
