They were very thorough and helpful. Got my car up and running in 2 days. When the Fiat dealer was on Wetmore they always washed it before giving it back. But overall very pleased with the results.

Don't even think of having your vehicle serviced here!!

Currently living through the worst experience from the service department I have ever seen or heard of!!

Had my truck towed in on Friday July 19th due to possible ECU issues. From the start I should've gone anywhere else. Was told by Tony that they (mechanics)wouldn't be able to even look at it until Tuesday (the 23rd") the earliest because Saturday they have "skeleton crew" and Monday's those with appointments come first. Began questioning that. Dodge doesn't have enough mechanics to maybe glance at my truck to see if parts are needed, to be ordered or it was something small that a local mechanic can fix. Was told no and appointments come first. Ok, I'll be patient.

Monday (the 22nd) I called to see if I can get a key off my key chain and to check on the status (hoping for the best) was told Tony was off so I'd have to speak with someone else. Got the run around because apparently everyone goes to lunch at the same time. Left a message with whoever answered the phone. Was told I'd get a call back within the hour.

27hours later I get a text from tony saying he has my account and to call with any questions. I call and ask about my truck. Told he hasn't received the notes from the mechanic yet but he would call me when he does. Ok I'll wait longer

Wednesday (the 24th) I call tony (leaving a message again) asking about my truck. He calls me back after 2 hours saying my trucks O2 sensor had gone out causing a valve to stop working, causing unburnt fuel to clog my engine. He went on to say they don't have the parts and would have to order it. They should arrive and have my truck ready by Friday if the parts come in early enough. Ok I guess I'll have to wait even more.

Friday (the 26th) I hear nothing until I call, again. 3pm I call and again have to leave a message for tony to call me back. 4pm he calls and tells me the parts never came in. The first (delivery) truck didn't bring it in so he waited until the second truck came in. When the part wasn't on it he looked and the part was actually on back order. (FYI my patients has officially run out) and it could be anywhere from weeks to months or even never from the part to be restocked. What he can do is put an after market part in. (Mind you dodge and after market parts are like oil and water, they never work) my last bit of hope was that part. Out of frustration and needing my truck back ASAP i say fine! Tony then adds that they'll have to order that part now too and he can't guarantee it'll work. He hopes to have the part in by Monday (remember appointments come first) or Tuesday.

So now we wait.

Don't buy from these guys. They will sell you everything under the sun then when you try to use your extended warranty or other warranty you purchased they give you every reason you never heard of why they can not and will not take care of what they promised you. The guys in service are the biggest snakes not to mention don't know what they are doing. Specifically Zack in the service department. He seems to think that if he repeatedly says something which makes me think he simply has no idea what he is doing that you will believe him. Then when questioned they want to just pass it off to someone else. Here's a phone number or you can go talk to this guy. Sounds like a big joke to me. Then when you do call the dealer it's telephone tag for 10 mins then someone finally gets on the phone and says "hello, are you a salesman". I feel as if I'm dealing with children here. Come on people get it together.

I was pre-approved with a credit union loan when I bought a new car there three years ago and it still took about 8 hours However, all in all, I was happy with the car and have had all of the service done there and have been pleased with the dealership. Then, this last week I got a flyer with what seemed like some good deals so I went in and told them that I was slightly, very slightly interested in trading up to a Challenger. I sat in the car and told the salesman that it didn't feel right, he said drive it you'll like it, I drove it and didn't like it. He said let me show you a great deal which he did, but I still didn't like driving the car, so he said I'll show you an even better deal and he did, but I still didn't like the car. Then a manager came over and asked what he could do to sell me the car, I told him nothing because I didn't like the car, he shook my hand and thanked me for coming in. So after two and a half hours of telling them that I didn't like the car I was finally on my way and relieved that, that ordeal was over. Then the phone calls started, every couple of days some clown is calling me to see why I won't buy their car. They are really starting to seem desperate and I am beginning to wonder if I even want to continue using their service department.

Our truck buying experience at Larry Miller was really good. The no commission sales strategy made the whole experience very different from other dealerships. The focus was on making sure we were satisfied in every aspect of our purchase. We were able to see a big selection of trucks and find exactly what we wanted. Guillermo did a great job for us from his introduction to getting us out the door.

Bought a new Mega cab made to order couple years ago. Disappointed is post-sale service. After having warranty work don't for the third time, roof rain gutter strip keeps coming loose. Recently asked to have recalls done on my Jeep and my Ram. Said they would order parts and call back to schedule work. I had to call back after two weeks only to find they never ordered parts and had no record of one of the vehicles. Person on the phone seemed like they could not care less. Original transaction went well, and sales team were good. Disappointed in service. Was in the market for a new Jeep, but will go elsewhere.

Open recall since July 2015. Called and the "Service Department" and they said they needed to order parts. Called again and the parts department said the parts are in, scheduled an appointment, took the vehicle to their shop only to be told that the parts are not in. How many times does the same issue need to be worked? I am extremely frustrated!

Service rep has been very courteous and knowledgeable. My issue is with the service technicians. I understand troubleshooting an unknown problem (electrical short) can be difficult and time consuming. But twice now i have been told there was a solution, repairs made, handed keys, and started the engine to find the same problem. I feel that they have expertly replaced the suspected faulty part, but failed to confirm functionality. Please check your work!!

We came here to look at a pre-owned 2019 dodge grand caravan GT. Raul was our salesman. He was very helpful with the test drive and answering questions. My husband did research and found four, almost identical
mileage vans at a dealership in Gilbert for almost $5,000 less than Larry H. Miller. They were the same vans, a Dodge Grand Caravan GT. They were NOT the SXT model. When we came back from the test drive, my husband asked Raul if they could price match or come close to the same price as the dealership in Gilbert. Raul said that this van was a "good" deal and they wouldn't negotiate on the price. He also insisted that my husband was mistaken and the vans in Gilbert must be the SXT models. My husband had printed out, on paper, the comparable vans, but Raul wouldn't look at them. So we thanked Raul for his time and went to the dealership in Gilbert the next day. We walked away with a "great" deal not just a "good" one.

Yet to be impressed by customer service with LM Dodge. Haven t had a single service visit in 6 years that we didn t have an issue. This last visit convinced us to sell our Durango to never have to deal with them again. Love the vehicle but hate our service provider.

After viewing a few vehicles on the website, i called the dealership. i was greeted by Colin who is a business development manager for the company. He verified that one particular vehicle was still available and I set an appointment. upon arriving at the lot I was introduced to Nick. I had a great experience with Nick overall throughout the selection and negotiation process. Finally ended the tour in Finance with Tyler. I don't think anyone really enjoys the overall process of buying a new vehicle, but I can say that this team was top notch. Thanks Gents for your time, and professionalism.

I'm glad all you guys have had good experiences there, I have always loved dodge vehicles but now I am looking to trade my dodge pick up and car for different brands just so I dont have to go back there. There is always an uncomfortable feeling as if I'm treated different for somereason except for Kelly. I have recommended several people there that have actually purchased vehicles because the purchase experience was good but after that I find the service terrible and ofcours I will no longer recommend friends or family there. Hope their customer service improves, they always look mad and unhappy in the service department except for Kelly and I would be very happy if I don't have to talk to Ivan again. We purchased a car a little over a year and it already broke down when I called the dealership they said I didnt have warranty for that specific problem" interesting" the wanted to charge me all this money just to diagnose it and God knows how much more they would charge to fix it, and thats just in a year that I have had the vehicle. So think about my problem before you purchase a vehicle there and dont be me in a year.

don't lost your time trying to get a great service, and if your truck or car is pre-owned or used this can be your worst experience ever!!! ... they don't care about how much you spend in your pre-owned or used car, and they don't care about the extended warranty... and is worst if you are Hispanic or Latin.

Nick made sure that all my concerns were addressed. My vehicle was repaired in a timely fashion. Nick even arranged for a complimentary Uber ride to my house and back so I didn t have to wait at the service lounge for hours.

I went into get my last oil change on a package I had purchased when I bought my vehicle. I was not very happy with the service, I had an appointment and dropped off my vehicle early which was nice but it took over two hours to get the oils change, my wheels were not rotated (which was supposed to be included), I asked for a sticker to be removed from the vehicle, they said it wouldn t be a problem and it was not done, and my vehicle was left dirty. Oil change was done though, I hope.

The staff is very Nice and informative. We love working with Lisa and even with helping train she was efficient and they got us taken Care of quickly.

Called for an appointment to have a factory recall emissions repair completed on my truck. On the appointment day and after driving 34 miles to the 22nd street shop we were told the required parts were not in stock. They put us on a waiting list and told us they ll call when the parts arrive. Not very good customer service.

I had my car 2008 Nitro towed to the dealership while I was at work, I'll have to admit I was a little worried at first because when I called to confirm if my vehicle had arrived the person on the phone couldn't tell me anything, I called a second time and was told I would get a call back from the person handling my repair. Still a little worried I waited. As soon as I received a call from Lisa all my worries were over she assured me my car was there safe and sound and that she would get back to me as soon as testing has been completed. After the testing was done Lisa called me back told me the problem and the cost. Lisa was great and very friendly, I will be going back for sure but hopefully for regular maintenance and not a breakdown.

We brought our Dodge Ram 1500 in to have an ABS error code looked at. It has been an intermittent problem for the last 250 miles while on a road trip with our travel travel. They checked all the codes & found nothing wrong & could not duplicate the error. Our truck was there for 2 days. After picking it up & leaving Tucson the error appeared again. When the error appears it is on startup & the brakes engage & the anti skid light also appears. We are going to have it looked at by another dealer in Utah. They suspect a wheel sensor is bad & will fix it today.
