LaRosa's Pizzeria, Inc. Review

This visit wasn't a very relaxing visit. We sat at a Hi Top in the Bar, my wife and I couldn't even carry on a conversation between us. Because there was a Birthday party going on with a bunch of kids and the adults had NO RESPECT for the other CUSTOMERS who were trying to enjoy their meals.
I would like to think that a member of the MANAGEMENT TEAM would have stepped up and explained to the adults they needed to RESPECT the other customers and calm down a little bit. Anyone of the Employees should have brought it up to a Manager.
I'm just really DISAPPOINTED in the MANAGEMENT TEAM!!!

My brother had a baby shower.nice in roomie.alot or pizza and drinks.had alot of fun.look forward to going there again.didnt know they had a dine in but they do on the other side and they have a bar.

I dont live in the city any more but the last time i went i dropped 20 dollars on the ground by my moms car which was parked next to the delivery guy cars my mom watched the guy pick up the 20 and hoped it wasent mine when i came back out after having lost my money she told me what she saw when i went back in to ask a cashier if she could ask them if they found 20 dollars on the ground by their cars everyone responded no. My mom opted to go inside and identify the guy but we settled for letting corporate know they have thieves at their restaurant. had he come forward i would have been grateful but instead he was a coward about it. and to top it off my pizza was cold one again. Im pissed because i moved to bowling green ohio for school and they only have a papa johns and every time i come home my experience with larosas is horrible.

Food was made exactly as I ordered. My server was very friendly and attentive.

My low amount of stars is not for the food. The food was tasty and delicious. The two stars is coming from the service. But it was an extremely busy time 5:30 on Saturday and knowing that .I was lenient about how long it took to get my food or just my order taken. It took well over fifteen minutes to even see is server then another 15 to get our drinks then we placed our orderthen I took an additional 30 minutes for us to get our calzone and our waiter forgot are french fries so we ended up never getting those tonight. Overall service tanked I hope it was just a one-time thing at that store. Might just choose a different location next time

A Cincinnati icon, this is the location for the very first Larosa's. The pizza is great, as are the hoagies and the calzones. Their spaghetti and meatballs is also good--they make great meatballs.

Great service and value for the family on kids eat all you can eat spaghetti nights (Tuesday).

I wasn't very happy waited 30 minutes almost on our food 10 minutes on a drink and there was only three tables occupied in the restaurant

One of my favorite places to dine when visiting home. Service was great and food was delicious.

My family and I had lunch here after a family get together. There were about 30 people the service was great and satisfying. The only downfall was how short handed the servants were. We only had one server most of the time.

They just forgot to add the extra sauce i ordered on the pizza. Cincy is my hometown but i live in Lou, KY and Larosa's and UDF are places i go to when i go home.

Yuck..

Not worth the time or effort:

Over Priced
Pizza's never have any sauce on them
Extra's come at a premium
Seating is limited in the evenings
Food quality is average, you can make better pizza at home from a frozen box...
Meet tastes processed and greasy...

I do not recommend this location or LaRosa's in general their quality is not at a restaurant level (I consider this fast food quality).

I went to a party a family member was having there we had a private room the food was good and the service was lovely

Disappointed. The pizza was cold! The soup was good!

Although the food is good, in my opinion, the prices are too high. If you plan on dining in, expect to stay awhile. The Boudinot location seems to keep quite busy throughout the day. This is a great family restaurant. Expect that 7 out of 10 times there will be loud obnoxious children with an oblivious parent.(that just seems to be my experience more often than not). Overall nice place, comfortable atmosphere, good food.

So I ordered food at 10:52 pm and I went to pick it up and they tell me they cancel orders at 11:10 pm wow. Why did the call center take my order? Not happy but I digress.

Nice location for tasty pizza. definitely one of the best places in the area. there was quick, helpful, and friendly service. the bill was fair. feels similar to a restaurant in new york i liked.

I had a burger, hands down 1 of the best burgers I ve had. We had a very nice meal and the portions are huge!

Hadn't been to Larosa's for a while. Decided to go. Should have left it a memory. Baked Buddy had half the meat it used too.

one of the firsts larosas in cincy, recently renovated, spacious, excellent staff you can often run into the larosa family while there.

Well I order a fish hoagie with lettuce,tomato, cheese,tartar sauce and pickles and the kids got pizza. Well my fish hoagie comes out with onion on it when I didn't order it on there. So they take it back and it comes out with no cheese and the sever never got me another beer. Mighr not be back depending on what happens with the service.

Always good for a meal. Plenty of choices even if you're not into their pizza--like me. I still go often.

I take my daughter to LaRosa's almost every night! There pizza is just that good! There's enough cheese and sauce! It's an artist painting in your mouth. So good and cheesy and yummy!

Food is always good. Like anyplace these days teen staff needs lessons in work ethic. Perhaps more training would help? Customer focused like Queen's gate. Time for chit chat and phones and time to work. Again not at all a LaRosas issue. Generational issue with work ethic.

We visited May 11, a Friday night, and there was no wait. Our party was large, 6 adults and 1 baby, so that was a pleasant surprise. The hostess, our server, and the other employees were all very friendly and made us feel welcome. We ordered a variety of items from the menu, including rondos, a hoagy, pastas, a pizza, and a calzone. Everyone was very pleased with their meal. It was our grandfather's birthday, so to celebrate, our server brought us an order of cinnamon bread sticks. We really appreciated the thought, as we all got to enjoy the dessert. It was a great experience and a nice family dinner. I'm from out of town, but I know the locals in our group will certainly be back. Great place.

The pizza is so much better when dining in!! Our waiter Ryan was great.

It's not on the menu but they have a seasonal tuna salad that's delicious!

Horrible service I waited for over an hour for a pickup order and still didnt get the food so I left.

Sat in the bar area. Had their lasagna for the first-time, it was good. Enjoyed a nice cold beer.
