filed a rent escrow against my landlord in August of 2020

Attorney Huntington helped me fill out all the required forms and instructed me on where to file the necessary forms to get the rent escrow started.

Once the forms were filed with the courts and the courts were notified that Mr. Huntington would be my attorney, he began to work with the courts and the landlord on my case.

He worked above and beyond to make sure that my repairs were done and that I understood everything that was going on,

he contacted me and let me know what each process was going on and what was expected of me for him to get a result that would get the necessary repairs done for me to have a livable apartment

without his help and communications with me, I believe that I would not have succeeded in getting the landlord to do the repairs to my apartment.

What a disappointment this firm is. Extremely expensive and yet incompetent in their services. Couldn't keep names correct in correspondence, emailed other clients client's personal info to me, gave me the opponent's laywer's phone number to ask questions that LH couldn't answer, made lots s of promises during initial one hour "free" session which they never kept.

Shortly after signing the purchase agreement for our home the seller attempted to unilaterally change the terms of the contract. Bryan Huntington and Larkin Hoffman helped us resolve the situation quickly and also helped us navigate a tense a situation with a disgruntled holdover tenant.

With Bryan's guidance we were able to resolve both of these situations and come to fair and agreeable terms with all parties involved. Bryan and the other staff at Larkin Hoffman made us feel like we were their only client, they were quick to respond, honest and knowledge about our options and seemed to genuinely have out best interests at heart. Of course we hope we won't need their services again, but wouldn't hesitate to retain them if we do. I highly recommend them!
