Lanz Cabinets Review

I happen to work at Lanz Cabinets great company friendly great products and don't let my employment make you think that I'm just saying this some of the nicest looking quality Cabinets I've seen

They said I had a job in their maintenance department , sent me to two different drug screens then denied me the job because I missed an appointment because my child was being born. Waisted my time two different occasions and 30$ in gas jumping through their hoops. Very unprofessional and cold hearted company , two thumbs down

I m not one to complain on social media about a company but this time it is so very warranted. I have never experienced such terrible customer service, lack of pride in product and quality as Lanz Cabinets in Eugene. If cabinets that don t match and look worn and water damaged even where there was never water,then Lanz is the company for you. Forget getting them to do anything during your warranty. It will get better in time they said. But, in time they got worse and they wouldn t fix them because it was out of warranty. They are truly the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Unprofessional, lazy management, lazy employees, cheaply made product. Management cuts corners. If I could rate less than one I would.

Worked for them for a year, quality is ok but management treats employees terrible, overworked and underpaid would never go back to work there

I emailed a request for a quote and their system wanted my email which I do not like to give out to any company.
After not being able to request a quote without providing my email address, I went ahead and provided it and sent the request. BOOM! The entire formed wiped itself and appeared to not send, after writing a lengthy description of exactly what I wanted.
Needless to say, I was not writing the entire thing again, so I called to see if they had gotten the email.
Guess what?! They didn t have any idea whether they received the email or not. So, typical of so many places nowadays they passed me off to someone else to find out.
No word from them.
Guess what?...YOU WON T BE GETTING ANY BUSINESS FROM ME, OR ANY POSITIVE THINGS SAID ABOUT YOUR COMPANY.

As with all cabinet makers they have all levels of quality and craftsmanship. if you want the best, all hardwood products and your willing to pay for them than you can get them, and they are nice. but if you want to save some money you can get a very cheap set of cabinets from them and they will work but they won't be nearly as nice. pretty straight forward. as far as working for them they have been good to me so far I've worked there for a year and a half. they have high expectations and don't have a great pay scale or benefits package but they are trying to increase pay, albeit slowly. overall I've worked for worse but they could certainly to more for their employees especially considering they do make a healthy amount of money that goes straight into the owners pockets. i believe their last years gross was close to 60 million.

this company is absolute garbage. if you care about your time and $ don't waist them here. Service is never "in the office" and not once has returned my voicemails (over 10) in my time trying to work with them. the 1st time I needed a replacement piece, After multiply unanswered phone calls I finally decided to drive down there and ask them in person if their phone was working and try to pick up my part (a simple piece of face trim). unfortunately it was not ready, which in its self was disheartening since it was already a week past the quoted pick up date. If there was an option to give negative stars, that is what they would get.

Worst job I've ever had. I have nothing but hate for this company. They don't respect their employees, and they're overly strict on break times and anything else you could imagine. A ten minute break is a 7-8 minute break. The staff is extremely and openly sexist and racist. Avoid at all costs.

I really was hoping they could come and install one more cabinet for me at my expense, but when I contacted them, I was told they do not do that, pretty disappointed, since they could of given me an exact match.

horrible u get under pay for the work your doing they dont count overtime alot and the temp serves they go though is just as bad dont buy from them there cabinets are so cheaply made and horrible quality i worked there and made them i know go though someone else you will be alot better off or u will be disappointed when u get cabinet from them that is suppose to be oak or something nice and its really plywood and still bad quality and Shirley from HR is very rude and unprofessional
