Very satisfied with Lantek Communications. We've used other vendors and bid it out, but we always choose them because of our great past experiences.

If I could, I would not give this company one star. My initial customer experience has been less than what you would expect from professionals.
Lantek Communications can do no wrong. They are a great business and they do what is most convenient for the customer.
Lantek has been there for us since the day they started. They set up my companies entire network. I can trust them to be here if anything goes wrong with our system. The technicians come out immediately and help us with what ever we need done.
Unsafe work practices and no respect for your property. I contacted them about the damage they did to our property and they never bothered to even respond to me.
Lantek Communications Inc. does not respect non-customers property. This morning they jumped my LOCKED fence and started using my back yard as their own. Never even knocked on the door or used the very clear path I made for workmen behind the fence.

Lantek Communications installed our internet cabling. We told them what we needed they were able to figure out what we needed, give a us a good price and get it done in a reasonable amount of time.
A Lantek Contractor came out to run a new line in the house for my new Greenlight service. He couldn t get it working, and said there was an issue between the pole and the house. He said he needed to have Greenlight themselves come out and fix it, rather than Lantek.
A Greenlight tech came out to take a look. The line between the pole and house was broken, and needed to be replaced. It was a brand new line as they had just done construction in the neighborhood. But, guess who installed the line in the first place! Lantek.
The Lantek techs straight up installed the line incorrectly, breaking the fiberoptic cable and it was pulling out of the casing. Anyone could see it was done wrong and they left it in a non-working state. Then the Lantek tech that came for the install said it was Greenlight s problem. Turns out, most of the houses in our street had similar issues.
Greenlight should find a new contracting company to work with.
Greenlight sent a Lantek technician to install the inside portion of our high speed fiber line. He arrived in a snowstorm as the electricity went off on the entire street. No matter; he got to work sussing out the situation and prepped everything just in time for the power to come back on. He was friendly yet professional, funny and informative. In spite of the snow drifts and the snow falling like crazy, he was careful to keep his feet and the floors clean. Very happy with the work and with his advice on a router purchase.
Hector came out today to install my Greenlight Fiber service. Through no fault of his own (all miscommunication on the part of Greenlight), he was unable to. After I talked to Greenlight this afternoon, it turns out he was the only one willing to give me a straightforward, honest answer, and I thank him for that.
