The service manager gave me a clear understanding of all the issues and clearly explained all the work carried out, happy with that, however, vehicle cleaning should improve. The chemicals and solution used to clean the interiors are sticky which is a bit irritating. Otherwise, all well. Job well done.

Very fast service mostly within 1 hour. They are very professionally experienced persons are there. I saw mostly Toyota Innova car for service, I think they are specialist in Toyota Innova.

Service incharge Mr Arul Dheepan was good and polite person, he look into the problem in the car and called me n explain the problem in the car and gave me suggestion about the problem. In sometime I called him about some doubt he'll explain the doubt clearly.

Lanson Express service in 60 to 90 minutes maximum it's depends on the service and the issues. 4 to 5 people are servicing my car with a care.

I strongly recommended Lanson Toyota Express Service Centre.

Did not try Quick Service. Quick service is the only offering here. If some parts are to be replaced, we will have to go to ECR location or Koyembedu. Otherwise, good place. Will try a quick service next time and write comments.

I never saw such a fast service center in my 15 years experience. Really great, service advisors are very Friendly to customer and they did periodical oil service in one and half hours really nice.

On time delivery.. 60 minutes on dot. Unless some complicated issues involved. Super quick.. the moment car enters the bay it's like bees in action.. good service personal. I have been providing my liva continuously for the past 5 or 6 service. Never had anything to complain.
