I had to bring my Nissan in here for a recall on my airbag and after I waited 3 hours for what they told me would be a 1 hour job, after I went to bring it home and my left blinker wouldn t turn off. I called and told them my blinker wasn t working after I had dropped it off working perfectly fine and they told me a mouse had probably chewed the wires and that they would look at it for a price of course. Will never buy another Nissan.

Excellent customer service! Very informative. Mike was great! He helped guide my partner and I through every aspect of the financial process and was upfront about costs and expectations.

10 years ago when I bought a vehicle here, this place was great. The service department was great as well. Staff was helpful, considerate, and polite. Today- they're still polite, but good luck talking to a service tech over the phone. "Our service technicians don't take phone calls" is the message I was given this morning when trying to ask a question about a $600 part I was trying to order. From now on, I'll call one of the other Nissan dealers in the area. Congrats, you just lost business for parts (building a race car), and a vehicle sale when I buy my next Z.

4.9.21 Not only this trip, but also in previous trip, in working with Matt, and Andrea this time, all my questions were answered, was kindly treated while car in for service, Service was timely and in/out quickly. This last trip in for Oil change (4/6/21) i asked for High-Milage Synthetic Oil to be put into the engine (as i have 178,000 mi. +) very kindly was agreed to have it ordered and put into the engine, as one of the Oil Changes available from the "Peace of Mind," Service Special to Graff Customers.
Appreciate the Reminders for service and being on the "Peace of Mind Plan" that allows me to take care of my Car maintenance oil Changes and inspections etc, since i purchased car from Graff Nissan. Thank YOU and Please Thank the Staff for me as well. ~ Randall
