I am very disappointed with the atmosphere at Landsman Real Estate Services, particularly regarding the VP of Residential Management. As a loyal and hard-working employee, I felt my efforts went unrecognized, and there was a significant lack of support and assistance. The environment was filled with negativity and hostility from many residents in the community, and it seemed that Landsman did not care.
They expected my manager and I to handle their inadequate business management solutions without proper preparation guidance. Before our involvement, this created substantial challenges, especially since a few disruptive residents would bully and torment us. In the end, Landsman chose to blame us and held us accountable for their lousy management behavior and the situation. It is truly shameful that they provided such a lack of support and understanding.
