Would not recommend this complex nothing is fixed or handled properly or in a timely manner

The folks in the leasing office are helpful, friendly and professional. They are very responsive and communication is a top priority!

I have lived at a Landmark Property Services managed community for the past 4 years, and overall for 21 years. The current management is very accommodating and by far the best I have seen. They are always prompt and polite. I would definitely recommend living here and have referred several of my friends as well! Also, you cannot beat the location.

Landmark is a great company, most of their employees have been there a long time probably due to the joy of working for a company who cares about them and their communities. Their teams are always energetic and extremely involved in their communities. What excites me the most about Landmark is their commitment to give back and volunteer.

They are truly focused on rising together with the communities they serve by volunteering and providing affordable homes.

The staff Matt, Priscilla, and Olivia are the best. The property is very nice and they made me feel at home from the moment I entered the office. They were very knowledgeable about the industry and super easy to work with! I highly recommend such a wonder staff that is truly genuine and show they care.

I've tried for 3 days, and can't get anyone to answer the phone.Yesterday Leanne did answer when I hit "0" and said she would call me back with some information today. I still haven't heard anything back and I just tried to call again and I can't get anyone at all. This is crazy considering you guys own so many properties in this area. I worked as a leasing consultant and I was ALWAYS prompt and courteous when getting back to leads/residents. This is ridiculous.

1. I ve had my car towed twice from the parking spot I rent here, without reimbursement (she assumed bc I was towed it must have been my own fault even though I followed every rule set forth in the lease). 2. An alarm for the building was going off just outside my apartment almost nonstop for the first 3 months of this lease(took 3 months of mentioning it to get to a resolution). Multiple times it started going off in the middle of the night and the overnight maintenance man refused to come in and fix it. 3. In the year I ve been here I ve watched both elevators be broken down almost every other week. 4. Management company had a man outside my window welding LOUDLY and blasting music for over a week starting before 8am every day with no notice from management. 5. I ve seen puddles of blood in the elevator where people just came into the building to fight. 6. This is one of the more expensive rental buildings in Richmond for awareness. 7. Heat for the whole building broke in November and we weren t given space heaters until December. By far that worst rental experience I ve had in Richmond. The maintenance staff is really cool and nice though, no complaints for them at all! Management just doesn t seem able to keep this place fully functioning for what it costs to live here.
