I had an eventful two days and was unable to get some documents I needed for an interview printed. I called their office on my way to Raleigh for the interview and saw that they weren t too out of the way. In less than thirty minutes they were able to print the documents and take payment so that I would be in and out of their office. I was able to make it to my interview on time. They are welcoming and professional!

Landmark Printing is the best to work with in Raleigh! We needed some rack cards printed for the company I work for (Oak Steakhouse) and they were absolutely wonderful! I gave them a pretty short deadline to work with on getting them printed and they made it happen. I worked with Tim to get the rack cards printed, who was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Anytime Tim was unavailable, Brenda was also incredibly helpful and so hospitable. Not only is their printing and work perfection but their prices are reasonable as well. They have also even been able to help us with cutting our menu paper as the brand of our paper stopped selling the size needed for our menus. Overall fantastic! They have been such a joy to work with and I look forward to working with them for years to come!

I can't even draw a stick man and no matter what I send, Terry and Tim always make my organization look like Rembrandt! I have had the privilege of working with them since 2001 and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Every time I have ever needed anything printed, Landmark Printing has always come through in a timely manner with reasonable prices and outstanding customer service. I cannot speak highly enough of Tim, Terry, Brenda and the team at Landmark Printing. I'm a huge proponent of buying local, and time and time again they have proven my point. I work in outside sales and have to get creative with my printing. I can call Landmark and babble my vision and poof, they make it come to life. For example, I had a table at a vendor fair and my theme was an Hawaiian Luau. I wanted to include the name of the company on each lei to make them branded. Tim came up with a design, and had them printed so I could easily attach each piece to the leis. It was easy to assemble and made a lasting impression at the tradeshow. Other times they have donated print jobs to our 501c3 which is a bereavement camp for children who have lost a loved one. Even if I send them last minute print jobs, they stay late to help get it done - I'm so grateful for this. Finally, when I got a new boss, they welcomed her with a personalized note pad as a gift. It's the little things that they do that has made me a customer for life, and truly makes me question why someone would go to a big box store when you can build a relationship with people who can anticipate your printing needs and work with the vision in your head to materialize it into reality. Plus, while you're at their office you get to visit with their pup Sammy, adorable!

I contacted ~ 5 other companies that gave me the run around. Used my precious time, ( all time is precious). I was passed Landmark's contact information. I contacted "Landmark Printing" and informed them of the tasks I needed completed and within days they had finished, with very reasonable prices. I was very pleased and continue to work with them today. DO NOT GO TO ".US PRINT.", N. MARKET ST., TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO "LANDMARK"......LANDMARK PROBABLY KEPT ME FROM GETTING ASSAULT CHARGES....LOL

I'm the librarian for a community band so I have some complicated paper needs. Landmark knocked them out while I waited all of 5 minutes while helping me with an odd paper order. Our church has worked with Landmark for all of our printing needs for years. They consistently go above and beyond, doing their work with professionalism and personal care. No job is too big, no job is too small and every customer seems to be worth the extra mile.

Don't bother calling. They leave the guy who does the printing there alone all the time and he hasn't been informed about pricing, turn around time, or anything else regarding orders. Save yourself the time and go to Staples or whatever.

After taking it to 3 different Staples and realizing that their paper quality and levels of customer service were very poor, I found Landmark Printing. So being in a printing bind, I went to staples to get my wedding show flyers printed. After getting quoted I nearly dropped my jaw on the ground. I said no way! Being new to the area I did some research and found Landmark Printing, Like my company FAMILY OWNED and local I decided to get a quote, I was impressed, always printing, i have a good feeling on pricing and Tim was way fair but was worried on the product that was being printed. His service was fast and product was perfect. He print samples for me to make sure I was happy with the product! Didn't have to hustle or ask for better pricing , it was perfect. I took my portfolio to get printed at Landmark and it was the best experience I've had printing. I had been taking my portfolio to FedEx and the service and quality of printing was always an issue. Landmark was a complete 180. The staff were so helpful and nice. My portfolio was printed, bound and ready for pick up in less than a day. The product was superior in quality than any print I could do at home, school, or that awful place called FedEx. The cost was even better, a great value for such a high quality product. Don't waste your time printing any where else!

I Was in need of a same day print. Called first thing in the Am. Was told twice that they would Be able to complete the order I needed to have completed. 3 hours later I was notified that the job could not be completed when I was told I would be contacted shortly. Scrambling to find another provider after lunch at this point was not enjoyable and may cost me the mail time.
