Dr. Nagata and his team are fantastic! The office and team are all welcoming and Dr. Nagata is an expert at what he does. His assistant, Josie is so kind and helpful. I have gone to him for both normal dental work and also to have my veneers done. I am beyond happy with how they turned out and would recommend him to anyone looking to improve their smile! I have had them for about four months and at times I forget that they are not my real teeth they feel so real and natural! I have talked with others who also have veneers and the work Dr. Nagata and his team did truly are the best I have ever seen. If you are looking for a dentist or cosmetic dentist on Oahu, Dr. Nagata is the best!

I visited Honolulu from San Diego and my two temporary front teeth unfortunately fell off during the flight to get here. I was able to schedule an appointment an hour after I landed and Dr. Hashimoto & his team went above and beyond to ensure that those temporaries are glued back on strongly so that I can enjoy the rest of my vacation without any worries. Thank you so much!

All excellent dentist and friendly staff. State of the art equipment. I highly recommend Dr. Matsumoto! He is very patient, gentle, and precise with his work. Best dentist I've ever had. Give him a try, you won't be disappointed!

It all started with my crown rolling off its post. The dentist and assistants all worked to accommodate my needs. They went above and beyond, even when we encountered a road block they helped me come up with a solution. I have to say I ve spent more time in the dentist chair lately then what I prefer but I appreciate the kindness and professionalism I have been given. Aloha

Limited review. I booked online as a new patient with confirmation provided. What was not listed, or at least was unaware of, is that there is an approval process. Before this, your appointment is not actually scheduled. Just a warning, would call to confirm.

My appointment was on a Wednesday morning. After. Marina cleaned and prepped my teeth Dr. Hashimoto came in to further enhance my checkup. He found no need for further treatment for the day. Of course Marina did her usual fantastic cleaning of my teeth! This was my first meeting with Dr Hashimoto and he was terrific, friendly professional and has great chair side manner. Made me feel comfortable. I ll be back for sure.

Erika is always a blessing!!! I love her to pieces!! And not only that she always takes really good care of my teeth she ALWAYS greets me with exceptional customer service. She is just amazing!! I love when my husband and I walk into the office EVERYONE will say hello and always treat us like family!! I love the dentist and I get super excited when my appointments come close!! Very friendly and professional service. Great office ambience. Best dentists we ve been to in Hawaii!! So happy that we found this place.

They are very nice, but not very knowledgeable or don t explain potential issues to patients. The first time I went there, I had molar pain and the dentist said my filling had failed. He recommended a $1,000 fix and was visibly disappointed when I decided to wait for the insurance quote. A second dentist I saw said he didn t think anything was wrong with the tooth and suggested a mouth guard for clenching. He said the mouth guard could replace my retainer. That was not true, and it has shifted my teeth. Now I am on a long and expensive road to fix the issues caused to my bite and gums. They are very nice, but not very knowledgeable and I hope this review helps others avoid my mistake.

Erika was very knowledgeable, friendly and through. In her interactions with me during my exam, cleaning and questions I asked, I felt listened to and respected. This was my first time having a cleaning done by her. She was great! On previous occasions I ve had Lawrence clean my teeth and he too is great!

The office staff are delightful and so accommodating! Very pleasant and caring individuals!
