Landmark Americana Review

This place is only still here because the location is good and college students dont care what they are eating. The food comes out dry, overly spicy, with too much sauce, under/overcooked, and the wait staff is average at best. Unless you are stuck going here or need to take advantage of cheap specials... roll the dice somewhere else.

The patio bar is next to thr garbage alley, horse flies everywhere. Also, these cheepos won't fix door latches.

Good wings, fries and cheese steak egg rolls! Chill atmosphere and ambiance. Nice place to grab food with friends or ya bae.

Enjoyed the Harvest salad. Food took awhile to come out though.

I love Landmark! Everything on the menu is fricken amazing!!! I'm sad they got rid of their $3 oak and cokes, but the $3.50 rum and coke is a great deal. Buy one get one free burgers on Wednesdays, what?!? Hell yeah! My favorite restaurant!

Staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is always cozy. Great DJ for playing old school hip hop!

The host spoke to my husband and I with disrespect and we ve been coming here for years and never been disrespected. They need to get a new host because thanks to her we ll never come back to this landmark ever again.

This is a great hangout place for students and young people. Fresh music, competitions, good drinks, good food make this place a popular attraction for students. If you are older and missed eating at a good restaurant before it closed for the day, head to this place.

Great atmosphere. Small menu but a nice selection and the food is very good.

Went there for lunch. Despite a relatively emoty place, took a half hour for our party of four to get our dishes which is an eternity when you're on a lunch break. Food was solid, but we had to scarf it down to make it back to work.

It's loud and almost always packed. The food is average. Happy Hour deals are OK.

Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese............that is all.

Worst experience even and I've been to this restaurant about 4 times in total. Number 1 I made a reservation and requested a booth for me to get there and there were none available and 1 reserved for someone else. It took the server about 20 minutes to take my order and when she did it seems as if it was the last order put in. Surrounding tables (3) to be exact who was seated after me received their food and I was still awaiting drinks. We had no folks until the server realized we were just sitting with a empty table maybe about 40 minutes in. The food came everything was good but then we asked to split the bill and the server refused to even rolled her eyes because we were taking to long to add up who had what and she got a automatic $20.00 tip for that horrible service. I will NOT be dining here for a while.

Prices are the best. Service is slow. Best sweet potato fries and sauce on this side of the city.

It was okay. The food may be great and the service isn't bad at all, however that customer service isn't very strong. I don't know my waiter or waitress' name. There were moments where we felt forgotten about... Possibly due to lack of staff. I'm unsure, but overall this experience was not top notch. Landmark is better than what I experienced this time.

My daughter studies at Drexel and when I come to visit her this is the best and fastest place to eat and drink

Nice place to sit and have drinks with friends. Really loved the garlic/parm fries! I got a birthday surprise with icecream and brownies and it was delicious!

This place is a food landmark in the city of Philadelphia. The food is great, hot, and delicious. They have great American fare and everything you would crave. But most of all this place is very lively and welcoming !

The service was okay, I kept having to ask the server over to refill my water. The food was bad. I got pancakes, pretty difficult to mess up, but they came soaked through in butter or griddle grease. The only redeeming factor is that they have a really good Sunday brunch discount for Penn and Drexel Students.

Should give this place ZERO STARS! Customer service at it s worst!! One of the hostesses looked unhappy with a dry personality and another hostess was twerking at the hostess station! UNBELIEVABLE! Manager act just as young as the dry attitude girl and twerker girl. Music, that night, was waaay too loud. I will not be coming back.

I usually enjoy their food. Their desserts are quite good. I don't like their tap water though because I can clearly taste the chemicals and stuff (I'm pretty sensitive to taste, so I stick with purified bottled water). It is much better to eat-in rather than to order delivery. Something is either missing or incorrect whenever I order delivery. Plus, the food usually gets soggy by the time it gets delivered.

Very mediocre. The high prices here most certainly don't match with the quality (or taste) of the food. But, it is a fun place to hang out at :)

Great happy hour specials. Chicken strips were good. And on thursdays after 9 you can get a pitcher for $5, not bad.

Alright.. as a Drexel alum I've been here a zillion times.

1. Food is OK. Usual whatever American food and overpriced for quality. NACHOS during specials though....bring em on.

2. Drinks during specials are awesome. Hell ya $2 Margarita Monday. $5 pitchers on Thursday? I'm willing to suffer the hangover at work the next day.

3. The vibe is so interesting...really depends on day and time. Can vary between ratchet dancing on the tables to business professionals to college students. Great DJ's though with fun music.

4. The service is atrocious. Actually though...arrogant rude waitresses. Whatever..
