Rented a suite (3 beds, kitchen)

Rented a suite (3 beds, kitchen)
There were two bedrooms. The master bedroom's bathroom toilet did not flush, and the hair dryer did not work. Many of the lights in the suite also did not work. Beds were comfortable and overall place was clean, however old and outdated. Can use some renovations for sure.
Prime location, so for those travelling and wanting to experience the night life, this is a great location for you.
Parking was underground, for a fee which is understandable as it is located downtown.

it's my 1st time visiting canada. staying here for 10 days.
if you stay more than 2 day in vancouver as I did, I recomend this hotel. it has a service as a hotel, but feels like you're living at appartement as it has complete kitchen set with all the cutlery. so to safe more money, I can cook by my self.
only don't like the elevator, will give 5 star if the elevator going up / down smoothly. :D

Have stayed here of and on for nearly 25 years and always return. Traveled here with family or just my wife and I. Always a great experience. Comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, located near our favorite places to walk to (Vancouver is a wonderfully walkable City.) Recent upgrades to the property and decor are evident. Would recommend without qualification.

This hotel is hard to gauge. Price determines a beautiful room and though it is huge and the beds were comfy...its a bit sad and not super clean. Big windows with nose and mouth prints.. lobby always had weird bugs flying around in it...the location is excellent for transit dining and shopping and the staff were all super nice The kitchens are not well stocked so don't depend on anything.

Great location to shopping, groceries, and restaurants. Decent size bedrooms, nice to have a living room as well as a dining area that looks on to the streets below. The kitchen is very convenient and nice to have, wish there was washing liquid or dishwasher tablets though. Our complaints: cleanliness - our white socks were black just walking around the suite. There were spill marks on the hardwood floor which suggests that it was never cleaned prior to our arrival. The toilet wasn't flushing right. The bed sheets were rough on the skin, pillows were uncomfortable, the bed is okay. Only one of the lights in the bathroom works. The noise outside kept us awake but I guess it's normal when you are staying in downtown Vancouver?
Parking: we were told where to park but cost wasn't mentioned until check out. You will get an additional charge of $26 a day!

Older Hotel and it shows in the rooms. Kitchen was worn as was the furniture. Nice to be able to have a full size fridge and one of the few places downtown with two bedrooms. Still clean and meets the needs for a couple nights. Might not be as enjoyable if staying for longer.
