From the minute we arrived for our Ram 1500 service appointment we were greeted and treated by friendly staff. Terren O Dell was our service advisor and he kept us up to date on our service. Great communication from him on our Rams condition and what needed services should be performed, along with a detailed print out.
Very clean and comfortable waiting area. It was raining and they had our truck inside for pickup when our service was completed. I asked about updating carfax for our service record and Terren said he would take care of it.
Highly recommend this dealership and Terren O Dell.

So I was nervous heading into purchasing my new car as it was going to be a long term decision and I wanted to make sure I maximized my budget. I looked around several places and found that McLarty Daniel had a nice stock of vehicles in my budget. So, I went in and met a salesman named Allen Swearingen. He really helped me sort thru the used cars I saw online before going in and let me test drive all of them. Super friendly guy and very professional. Very happy with my decision to go with McLarty Daniels. Well worth a trip to see them.

Truly a great place to make a purchase . Sales guy Cole is legit , honest and straight forward , the GM Jonathan is truly a guy trying to make dreams happen . My wife and I, and her parents have purchased over 10 vehicles from this company. We just recently had the best, and easiest experience purchasing a new truck from Nathan Palacios. Nathan was clearly trained by the best but he brought something totally new to the table as well. He was honest, funny, down to earth, but VERY serious and passionate about his work. He worked very hard for us to get us exactly what WE wanted. Not what the dealership needed to sell. My vehicle ended up having to be shipped from another store. He could have tried to sell me something I didn t need but was already there. But instead he focused on everything we wanted and made sure that is exactly what we got. Go see Nathan Palacios!

Had a service appointment at 9. Service should only take about an hour. I was told I with get a call at 12. No call. Of course nobody answers the phone, so I went by at 3. Surprise... Noting had been started. I was assured it would only take 45 minutes. 1.5 hours later, I am tired if sitting here so I go check on it again. So here I wait....

This place is a joke, go somewhere else.

This place is by far the worst service I have ever seen, only reason I gave 1 star was so I could leave this message to warn others I have taken my vehicles to here for years and since they moved over to their new place their service people suck they stand around and talk instead of help their customer than when you wait a week to get your vehicle in by "appointment" they tell you a time and then its hours later you call to check on it to only find out they never even started on it and they flat out lie to you this is a repeated situation with them, they don't try to help you or show they even want to! Again THE WORST SERIVCE EVER! I will never take my vehicle there again

I never enjoy going to the service my car ANYWHERE - always cost money :) BUT when I come here the waiting area is inviting and multiple people always greet me. I wish there were more snack options but I bring a book and am typically good to go for a bit.

Excellent staff I have been working with. I have seen some customers give them a rough time while they are maintaining a very polite and professional atmosphere through the entire situation. I think they do a wonderful job and I know when they get the new facility they will continue to do a great job. I will continue to bring my family vehicles there.

Myself and my friend bought 2 Jeep Cherokee (2016) Latitude models from McLarty Daniel Jeep last Friday. We had a lot of specifics and they did everything to make us happy and feel important. Scott Moles (our sales rep) did a great job with a lot of patience to get the vehicles we wanted, with all the features we had asked for. Excellent deal, and great customer service. Way to go Scott and McLarty! I will definitely recommend my friends to go there if they plan to buy a Jeep. :)

I was in the market for a new car so I went online...

I was in the market for a new car so I went online to shop their inventory. They had a ton of reasonable choices but one car really stood out to me. I took a chance and went to the dealership to check it out. Yelitza helped me right away and I was immediately able to look at the car and take it on a test drive. I really liked it so I decided to get it. Yelitza did all of my paper work and even washed the car and put gas in it for me! After that she took me over to finance where Scott was very helpful and helped me finish up the paper work. I walked in hopeful and left with my dream car. Thank you so much Yelitza and team! I would highly recommend this place and these people to anyone in the market!!

After waiting for over an hour for our guy to run to his manager for pricing (little experience it seemed to be) he then told us he had the wrong numbers pulled on the Jeep and then proceeded to show us the jeep we originally had looked at & numbers for that one. After several times of him running back and forth from his manager to get our information, and telling us this the deal was terrible and wouldn t consider anything, even after we sat there for over an hour.

I was in a tight spot, and once I had a used Jeep Patriot in mind they did everything they could to make sure I was well taken care of and that I was happy with it. I was late to come check the car out, and they still stayed after to make sure I could get a look at it before I took it home that weekend, for which I am very grateful for. running a business puts me on a tight schedule. My salesperson Eric was helpful, and extremely friendly, and made my first car purchasing experience a memorable one. I will be back someday for sure. Another salesman, Cole, took us out and showed us the patriot before I purchased it, who also stayed late, was also incredibly personable and offered anecdotal evidence of the vehicles reliability on his 2010 of the same model.
Paperwork was done nice and zippy, and I was smiling down the highway in no time.
I'd say you guys have a wonderful dedicated team, and I look forward to my next purchase.

I sincerely thank your team for all your help. And many Thanks to Eric and Cole, they will take excellent care of you.

Purchasing the vehicle was great the sales and customer support from the finance team was great!. Now once I have a problem it seems they cant do anything even going as far as repair resolutions from RAM still no progress. Ive wasted 46K on a ram 2500 which cant be fixed ( they cant seem to understand you don't buy a vehicle like this and just Look at it ) i use it to work and without it bills don't get paid. 4 months still same run around over and over NEVER buy a vehicle from this Dealership and expect to get anything fixed!!! ( Oh but we want to keep your truck at our shop to figure out whats wrong with it for a week, or we cant find a truck for you to rent even to match what i need ) come on a dealership cant find a truck, oh but buy one they will fly it from China Air Mail!

Ruined my experience of getting a new vehicle. Salesperson seemed aggravated they had to help me initially . Had to use the website to find me a truck and didn't appear to know how to use the site well. Was a nice guy, but i'm buying a car and expected more and better customer service. Ended up using my mobile to find the car for him. Kept helping another customer while processing me and I was there for hours. Finance manager pushed the typical extended warranty and gap insurance; didn't understand "NO", and tried to make me feel ignorant and guilty. Continuously pushed even though I was clearly upset and aggravated the situation. I walked out anxious and unhappy, but hey they got the sale.

I am giving perspective of the Used Car sales side. I am an introvert by nature so car buying gives me anxiety. I really liked a Durango GT they had available, and luckily got connected with Rick. Rick was not hustling me, and I felt was going above and beyond to earn my trust first, business second, that's the way it should be. Secondly, Brad got involved during the process to valuate my trade in, great guy as well. I highly recommend these guys. Will definitely come back.

ALERT!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Dealer and Service d...

ALERT!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Dealer and Service does not care about the customers! Purchased vehicle, and have nothing but continued problems with this dealership! Here is the recount of events, sold to me a 2008 Jeep with rusted frozen tie rods in the front that they say was my problem when it should have been seen in the safety inspection. Released vehicle to me without dealership plates, and I had to return to dealer to get plates and again a week later to purchase the locking lug nut key to remove the tires! I asked the service department to inspect the tire rod issue, they kept the vehicle for 2 days attempted to repair it with a heating torch and would not replace the part that costs $600! When I picked up the vehicle from service department they had left my entire steering assembly loose and hand tightened bolts. Had I continued to drive the Jeep my steering would have completely come undone and I would have lost control of the vehicle.... I am extremely disappointed in the lack of care or concern the Service Supervisor Chuck displays in regards to the situation. Lucky for me the Arkansas Attorney General is now involved in my investigation against the dealership. It is a shame this was not addressed directly and taken care of when I gave the dealership ample opportunities to rectify the situation!

First off it took forever for the salesperson to get with me, and when he did, he tried offering me almost 10 grand less than what my cars worth. I m not sure if it s because of my age ( under 30 ) and they want to get over on me or if they just don t do good business at all. Either way I won t be back.

The dealership failed to follow through with their...

The dealership failed to follow through with their commitments. I called on a Monday to schedule routine service on my vehicle as well as a mechanic ride along to determine other mechanical issues and requested a loaner vehicle so mine could be worked on for as long as needed. In scheduling, the representative indicated that I should arrive at 7am for the ride along, upon arriving, I found out that the mechanics do not arrive until 8am and was instructed to just wait... Regarding the loaner, delisted being told that one had been reserved, upon arrival all available ones had already been assigned to someone else for later dates. The inability for the representative to provide accurate information and complete the tasks they stated they would do cost me several hours of an already busy morning and have now left me looking for a new dealership to get service work done at. I would not recommend McLarty as a dealership to use when your vehicle needs to be serviced.

I was looking forward to buy a vehicle and trade mine in... I provided key information such as credit score, trade information and remaining balance on such trade before making it to the dealership to not waste their time and mine. Well, first, when I got to the lot, they did not show me the vehicle I wanted to see even though I told them what the stock number was. Instead, they showed me a model base vehicle for quite more money than the trim (better trim) I wanted to see... second, they quite lowballed me on my trade. So, of course, sale was not accomplished. I don t know if it s something common and usual at this dealership, but they did not honor my request and inquiry...
However, staff was friendly, but will not take you where you wish to go, but where they want and kind of push you to go... so, keep an eye close!

Last week I went to the McCarty Daniel Jeep dealership to look for a good used vehicle. I have to tell you that I wasn t an easy customer to deal with, but the staff was so professional and courteous, especially Malia and Harley. After telling Malia what I was looking for in a vehicle, Harley showed up with a vehicle that had everything on it that I had ask for, and I was allowed to drive it home. After two days of trying to decide on my options , Malia went above what we expected and was very straight forward, and got us the deal that we had ask for. I am proud to say that I now own a good used vehicle from McCarty Daniel due to your extremely helpful and courteous staff. I extend my gratitude to the professionalism of Malia and Harley for their expertise on getting me in the vehicle of my choice and look forward to dealing with them again.

Just bought a 2016 Dodge Ram from Brian Hausback! He was so nice, patient, and honest with us because we are rather young and inexperienced in the field of purchasing vehicles. We've bought one before, but not one as new. We came in just to look, and I was driving to work with it in 2 hours! The finance guy, Chris, really wanted us to get a warranty and was pushing longer leases. He talked my partner into getting a warranty; I hope it wasn't a waste of money. It's difficult to know right away. I don't know if it'll pay off, but we'll see. Anyway, all in all, go see Brian if you need a vehicle with a low price in a haggle-free atmosphere!

Had appt at 8:30 am. Arrived well before appt. After 9:00, manager, I think, asked if I'd been helped. When I told him the car was still waiting, he said he'd check on it. Came back a little while later and said they didn't know when they could get to it. Might not be until tomorrow...and I made an appointment 4 days ago, why??? Left with my vehicle and will never go back!

Worst dealership I've done business with. Been to 3 others that was much better. If you need anything that isnt buying a car, forget about it. For the last 4 months I've been calling about a refund on a warranty on a truck I traded in, they just transfer you a couple of times then dont answer after one of the transfers. You can leave a voicemail, but they wont return it. I've gone up there 3 times, got things started once but they didn't tell me everything I needed, just some. So had to come back up there another day to get things rolling. I came up there a third time and I said I had an appoint with someone, well they were busy i guess. I sat there for about 2 hours until they started closing. People started leaving and they really screwed me.
Even in the process of buying a vehicle, they rush you and pressure you. Just a selfish and greedy place. They dont care about people, just the money.
I'm still trying to get my money back on a refund I started 12 weeks ago. They say it takes 6-8 weeks. 12 weeks has passed. I don't even have a car through their dealership anymore, but they are still able to really screw me.

In one single 2 hour visit, they completely destroyed what I had been working hard at for the past 2 years! Then when I told them I couldn't afford the vehicle they were trying to shove down my throat, they kept trying to shove it at me. Never again! And now, because they destroyed my credit, I can't even go anywhere else for a vehicle. Horrible!
