This place's service is incomparable to any other car dealership I have ever been to. The staff is extremely friendly, they don't give you the usual car salesman runaround you may be accustomed to. They helped me find exactly what I wanted and gave me a really nice deal on it too. I would go straight here if you're looking for good service, polite salespeople, and an excellent deal. Ask to see Caleb Royal he was a great help!

So far my 2015 Ram 1500 Laramie 4X4 with the Eco Diesel option has met all my expectations. They have the worst service possible in there service department. When you call to ask the status of your vehicle the advisor never answer the phone, call back tell the front desk there not answering they tell you your been transferred to the service manager and he don't answer his phone. My advice dont service your vehicle here unless you want the run around.

Van wouldn't start one day and was showing no bus....

Van wouldn't start one day and was showing no bus. took it to jimmy's repair service and was informed it was the PCM. Was told by him that sometimes a sensor could trigger the same warning, but the sensor was fine and it was indeed the PCM. A job too big for him, he recommended a dealership. Had it towed to McClarty. They told me it was the sensor. I figured great, jimmy was wrong, its just the sensor( a 300 dollar repair vs 1200+ for the PCM). Got the van back a couple days later, wouldn't start and was showing no bus again. Called up to McLarty. Service attendant wouldn't send a tow truck, said he couldn't know if it was their fault or not over the phone. Talked to the manager and he did indeed send a tow truck. Paid the 1200, got the van back a few days later. Wouldn't start again, showed no bus. Called up again and had to fight to have it towed. again. got a call a few days later trying to sell me another $350 in parts. Was told they didn't know if if the parts would fix the problem. Told them I'm not going to throw money at random parts hoping for a fix(expected better from a dealer honestly). Ended up talking to the GM, was told they had the best mechanics in NWA and would fix the problem. Days, weeks, months go by. Got the van back a few times, same problem. After 6 months they fixed it(was told it was a faulty wire in the dash the whole time). I understand older vans(2002) with mystery electronic issues can be difficult. Its more the way I was treated the whole time that left a bad taste in my mouth. I did finally get a loaner truck after 4 months. If you have an older vehicle avoid these people like the plague. Ask any one in the Ozark off-road club about them and you will hear similar stories.

Brought my car to get an oil change and to get a new pan for the oil. Spent around $900, I had to come back a couple days later because they did a sloppy job at sealing the pan and the found more "problems" with it just to suck out more money out of me. 30 mins after they finished "fixing" it the second time my oil light turns on again. Never going back again, all they do is take out money out of me after $1100 they took from me the car still isn't fixed.

The sales team did a good job pre-sale. Terrible Service! After the sale it was all down hill with the lot "guy" opening the door of my car into a new truck next to it as it was being delivered to taking a week to get a second key/remote as they gave me a 2nd key to another vehicle. Trying to call in and get a Service Advisory typically took 3- 5 calls before getting through and I had to handle each issue every step of the way including working with the parts guy at their Chevy dealer to finally getting my key& remote. The finance guy was supposed to help me cancel the maintenance contract on my trade-in and I had to finally call the previous dealer myself and take care of it as it went no where for a month.

Great service! I really appreciate the text and email confirmations, and I even received a courtesy phone call the day before. All the guys were great and very helpful. My service agent Brad was exceptionally pleasant. He was very easy going and polite. Eventhough I dropped my vehicle off, the service was done in a very reasonable amount of time. Thanks again!

Ran into a very nice salesman, his name was Shawn. He is very caring towards customers, and made time fly just talking to him waiting for my oil change. I hate to say it, but my home town dealership lost...

I hate to say it, but my home town dealership lost my business today. I have bought two vehicles here ('12 Ram 1500) and loved it. I bought this "used" with 200 miles on it. When I buy a vehicle I make sure the salesman agrees to give me a loaner if I need to bring my vehicle in for service. If they do not agree, I won't buy from there. This does not happen often since I do my own maintenance on my vehicles. My past three vehicles have been new because I got tired of paying mechanics and a car payment.

Well, it just happened. I now have 51k miles on my vehicle and it has an engine knock. Guess what!?!? They wanted to give me a ride to a rental car agency. This may be small to some people, but it made them liars by not holding up the agreement. This inconvenience may now cost me money, unless Superior, Lewis, or Everett want to earn a new customer. I do not like being lied to. I understand that the salesman has moved on to somewhere else now and apparently so has the dealership I bought my truck from. It is sad I will have to drive past McLarty Daniels just to get to a dealer that will at least keep to their word.

Aside from all this (this is not McLarty Daniels fault, it's apparently Dodge's), it will cost me $100 to find out the warranty won't cover what is wrong. I will go pay $50 to a mechanic to diagnose it so I can repair the truck myself. I understand Warranty is only for "covered parts" after 36k, but I refuse to drop off a truck not knowing whether or not I will have to pay money to find out whether the part is covered or not. I am that guy that only non-warranty parts break. Somehow in my case, a valve would not be covered under powertrain warranty.

Update: I gave them another chance. I should have went with my gut on this. They told me the coul pack for cylinder 3 was bad. The tech swapped #3 coil pack with cylinder ones coils pack and the issue followed. It is funny how it doesnt do that for me. Replaced the coul pack and changed all the spark plugs, but it still did not fix the issue. I swapped them and had the code read agian and it is still #3. I bought the coils pack (and a second one just to make sure i didnt get a bad one), took my time to fix it, and still no resolution. When I called them and spoke to the service advisor, he said to come back and they will check it out again, FOR ANOTHER DIAGNOSTIC FEE OF $100. No thanks. I did that once and it inly cost me time and money.

Do not waste your time with this dealer!

INCOMPETENT SERVICE. I made an appointment for Sept. 13th to get an alignment and new tires on my 2014 Charger. After arriving at 7:00AM for my appointment and waiting at the dealership 3 1/2 hours I was told that they needed to ORDER tires. So effectively NOTHING was completed during that 3 1/2 hours. I was told that tires would be delivered the next day by 10:00AM and they could quickly be replaced. I heard nothing the next day. So I called the following day to follow up. Left message - no response. I called again the following day. Actually spoke to someone that said the tires would now be delivered on the 17th and that I would get a call to schedule an appointment. Again - NO RESPONSE! I finally got in contact with another person on the 20th. We finally got an appointment set for the 22nd at 8:00 AM. I was told the car would be ready at 11:00. Never got a call. I called them AGAIN. Said it would be 2:30. I had to call back at 4:00 and was told it was almost done. So here I am. Sitting at the dealership at 6:00. Still waiting on my car and missing a family dinner. 9 DAYS FOR TIRES AND ALIGNMENT!! UTTER INCOMPETENCE!

I came in with just a few questions about why my tire light kept going on and off after being helped by Daniel he told me it was just simply the temperature change that affected my tire and it wasn t something crazy like me needing new tire sensors. Hearing that was such a relieve and I m glad they have very knowledgeable people working there when I go back for service I will be asking for Daniel.

Don't take your vehicle to this service department. Nothing but lying crooks . They don't care about customers at all , they just want to get as much money from you as possible and don't even fix the problems. Stealership !
Edit: All the good reviews on here are fake . I'm sure they are wrote by employees/owners.

12/2017 Went to look at a tRam 1500 Ecodiesel and sales wouldnt give me the time of day so 4/18 bought a truck at Lewis. Getting service done in Fayettville isnt convenient since I live in Garfield. So there was a recall for my EGR and my tucks failed in late July early Aug. 2020 and it was in limp mode so I went to MD at they were close. Parts not available so my truck was there 2 weeks. Took me several days to get a loaner which was less than stellar. Finally truck is fixed and last Saturday 9/5/2020 check engine light comes on. Take my truck to get the code read and they said my engine coolant bypass valve is bad. They said they have it in stock and verify it s covered under the ext. warranty. Schedule it to be fixed 9/8. Told them it would be after 1000 before I could drop it off since I get off in Siloam at 0900. Service adviser said no problem. I called theDay of the appt about 0800 to see how long it should take and the advisor says a couple hours. Yesterday I drop my truck off at 1100 with the same advisor. He says they will get it taken care of. About 1430 I text to see if its close as my husband leaves for work at 1500 and could drop me off, no response until 1530 and he says they are trying to find the part that I was assured was in stock. Come to find out they gave my part to another customer that brought their truck in at 0700 and the reasoning was that they were there first and they didnt know that truck would have the same problem. They also said they could have the part the next day. I had a damn appt today just for this the other customer did not! Why did nobody notify me for hours that the part was not there?? Why should I have to wait? I planned my whole day around this which can be very tricky with my work schedule and the kids. This is one of the worst experiences I have had with customer service anywhere!!! So I have kids and animals at home and need a vehicle. I went and got my truck and have scheduled it back at Lewis where I know it will get done correctly with no BS. Please dont patronize me with you, give us a chance to earn your service back. Three stikes your out!!! Oh hey diesel folks...Lewis does oil changes for $109 right now not $170 like MD. They also do packages for around $300 for 3 oil changes! MD charged my Director like $225-250 for one... shameful! I also was going to put up screenshots but I guess that s not possible here...

Went to check out a truck I saw online. A young man named Jose Carabantes. This buying experience was very laid back and easy. Jose and the team took great care of me during the purchasing process and in the subsequent visits to complete a few small things that were needed on truck. Jose kept me in the loop with consistent and timely communications. I never once had to wait for anything. He went above and beyond to make sure that I wasn't inconvenienced at any time.
