Cottage which is labeled as 6 people, can actually accommodate up to 4 people. Incredibly noisy, with children you can sit in the evening whisper and then you can literally understand this word for word. Vennenbos is very well known, but they will never see us again, what a disappointment!

Always nice to stay here. We still come here 4 times a year and always had a very nice time. At check-in we already had 3 times that the beds were not made, although we had paid for this service. This is always arranged immediately. Eating out is fairly expensive, but sat is of course not an obligation. Beautiful environment and plenty to do for the children ...
Had a wonderful holiday with our 5 children. When we entered the house it smelled very musty, you can see that the houses are already very old, they could do with a makeover. Still, we enjoyed it and would book again. Staff is friendly and helpful, not cheap holiday workers but just decent people, super.
Beautiful house (871 8pers.) In good condition. Only misses an oven and DVD player. Beds are fine, sanitary facilities are also in good condition, but the TV may be hung higher.
We travel with 1 child of 3 and 4 adults. In a 6B1 house. Great to do and beautiful improved houses. There is a lot to do for kids. Rent a MINI JEEP for small track. Bowling, indoor playground (I don't want to piss, but the flickering lights and the hyper active music didn't have to be for me.) Swimming pool is really great. Small-scale, but it still has everything. The tiles on the floor are not very slippery so enthusiastic boys (and girls of course) can run. Nice slides and a nice white water slide.
There is an escape room for 35 euros for 4 people and 50 euros for 5 people and a little more for 6 people. We thought it was a fun escape room. Unfortunately not escaped.
This Landal, together with Rabbit Hill, is really in our favorite top 3. Also a lot to experience with rain.
It is said btw that it is a car free park. This is not so. The car is simply parked at the houses. But we find that much more pleasant, a car at our house. Easier with kids anyway. I also think those Wi-Fi prices are really outdated. 20 euros for a midweek during this time is really too much.
Before I forget, the animal lover can indulge himself. Squirrels, ducks, geese, various kinds of birds. Buy a small bowl of squirrel food at the supermarket. We had enough for 200 grams. So cute the birds and the squirrel on your garden furniture. Talking about supermarket. It was very pricey, but I always think it is.
Park looks good. The bungalows are dated. Especially the decor. There is a mood light in the living room that is missing in the living room, so you are always in the ceiling lighting. The bungalow is generally clean. The beds are great. The kitchen materials are limited. No snack pan for example and no good spatula. The park is very nicely situated in the Brabant Kempen. The staff is very friendly. The park plaza and the facilities there are fine.
Super nice holiday park, surrounded by nature. Friendly staff, super fun team, good animation for children. Swimming pool is nice and beautifully maintained. We come back every year! The children love Bollo and Puk and Pelle!
Our family of 2 adults and 3 children (16, 13 and 11 years old) visited Vennenbos park from Monday December 31 to January 4, we stayed in (restyled) 6-person bungalow number 807.
On arrival on December 31, around 3 pm, it was very busy at the reception, but we were helped quickly, professionally and friendly by the reception staff. We really liked the restyled house. The beautiful canvas nature photos on the wall, the modern TV - also suitable for connecting your PlayStation! -, the very spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, the atmospheric stove, the furniture, the brand new kitchen with induction hob, smart bedside lamps, the beautiful view of pine trees and fens ... everything looked perfect, nice and fresh and up to date. A flower vase and candle holders had even been thought of, and a 200 games box was ready, very thoughtful! There were also some hiccups; the tight space in the toilet, the limited number of sockets and the lack of a (combi) oven to bake sandwiches.
The subtropical swimming pool with wave pool, 2 outdoor pools, 2 sound pipes and white water course was very cool, complete and clean. The hair dryers were very handy, you could move them up and down via rails on the wall.
The Plaza looked excellent - they sell delicious ice cream! - but what I found less successful was that all the smokers were puffing at the main entrance, by the large revolving door of the Plaza ... There is probably a smarter place for this. find.
It is also nice that you do not have to pay a deposit and that the bungalow is cleaned for you (leave it broom clean), so you can go home quickly and relaxed.
The surroundings are beautiful, lots of forests, and the Efteling and Beekse Bergen are practically around the corner ...
All in all, we were purring satisfied, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this nice park, where you can see that a lot has been invested in it! The price quality is excellent, especially if you compare this park with the much more expensive Center Parcs parks.
Very nice park with a nice pool. For children up to the age of 12 there is a lot to do, for young people there is unfortunately not much to do next to the pool. The food is delicious, and the employees are very friendly.
The reception was miserable by the renovation .... I had to wait outside in the rain on arrival .. that could really have been better .. I also got no help going to my bungalow while I have difficulty walking .. ..could find the road difficult ....
Nice holiday park. A number of facilities are a bit small for so many people on such a surface. The playgrounds, for example, could have been a little bigger and also some more terraces and restaurants would have been very nice. Prices at the park itself are a bit on the high side so it will not be affordable for everyone to stay here. The pool is great and the staff at the park are very friendly.
Great place for a break, with a lot of options involved. Houses are located very well, and furnished properly with children friendly environment. Lots of activities to do. Piece of advice, take almost everything for daily use to there to your next visit (like soaps, towels etc)...
The fern forest remains one beautiful park. Was already then and still today. After the renovation of the houses it looks great again. The subtropical swimming paradise also remains recommended. Also just to go for a nice swim in between. The park plaza also remains nice and cozy with nice restaurants. The Vennenbos forest remains top for young and old.
We have been coming "home" here for years. Nice park, friendly staff, nice dining. And now most of the houses have also been renovated. Really recommend!
Had a wonderful week with my family. We swam 4 out of 5 times, which was enough for us. Beautiful pool, something for everyone. Neatly renovated children's house with dishwasher. The staff does their best, despite the measures. The animation (puk pelle and bollo) also deserves praise! The kids loved it! Points of improvement; the dips in the bed, and the smooth / hard sofa, was really not comfortable. I would rather choose Lommerbergen again, there you have a larger playground / petting zoo, just a little more entertainment for toddler / toddler. We were quickly fed up with this. But I found the houses here neater and more beautiful. Despite everything had a great week! And for the people who complain about everything because of the Corona, STAY "safe" AT HOME!
Nice park. Beautiful swimming pool. Nice indoor arcade, where children can play for free. Houses dated and floor must be mopped. Outside was the shawarma of the previous guests. So cleaning is moderate. Terrace has reasonable prices. All in all a sufficient.
Beautiful park with neat houses and a super swimming pool. I am not used to this type of swimming pool from Landal, it is usually a boring square container, but not here. Water slides, whitewater rink, wave pool etc. Very nice for children. A pity that you can only order food / drinks from 12 pm, a cup of coffee at 9 am would be nice.
Cottages (the modernized ones) are fine, everything you need is there. Also nice that there are not cars everywhere, they must be in the parking lot in front of the park. Food in the buffet restaurant initially seems expensive, but the choice and quality is very good.
The indoor play area was very disappointing. Way too much stuffed in a small dark room. Ballenbak was almost empty (was half a layer of balls) so that the decayed floor was clearly visible. Throwed 100 broken balls into your trash can, so it looks a little better. Mats on the ground near the large building blocks were completely torn open and expired. (what I indicated to an employee) I also miss a few picnic benches for parents here. Then get those cars that you have to pay for (didn't see anyone do it) and turn them into a seating area. Fortunately it is very nice what you do with Sinterklaas. The # 1 house and the Pietenhuis, very nice job.
Points of improvement:
- 32.50 for a week of WiFi ?! Then I'd rather go over my bundle for 32.50. It seems a bit old-fashioned to ask for money for this. - Staff (wait staff) in the buffet restaurant was frustrated / curt. - Nice such a first channel with non-stop Bollo / Puk / Pelle videos on repeat, but then make more than 3. (is a compliment, kids like them :) - Enthusiastic employees Puk and Pelle to play.
Very nice holiday park for both young and old. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our bungalow was nicely renovated, with a luxurious spacious bathroom and fortunately no fabric furniture and floor. Kitchen was also luxurious with induction hob and large fridge. Very nice subtropical swimming pool. Recommended!
Wooded park with small but pleasant swimming pool and beautiful main building. Houses are neat and clean but small and outdated. La Trappe for Trappist beer is definitely recommended in the area!
Very beautiful environment. Only the glasses and the bowls and pans are not clean, but then you also have something to do if you are bored. Although this is almost impossible to get bored here.
absolutely love Landal Parks and have been to quite a few. Just one thing though. Please can you provide toasters to the uk holidayers . sorry but we just love our toast sometimes. Can't afford to provide fresh croissants to all the family every morning at the prices on site
We had a really great weekend here witj the family, the houses w'ere recently renovated so that was really nice. Swimmingpool was awesome especially for kids.
The park is beautifully constructed and located in a wooded area. Unfortunately, we had a holiday home right on the highway, which is really busy. The cozy seats on the terrace was therefore hardly possible despite the great weather. The renovated bungalows were great from the decor. Also the swimming pool and the restaurants we liked. A noise barrier to the highway would, however, in my view, urgently needed.
Just TOP! There is not much negative to say about this park ... the benefits offered throughout the park are great compared to the price we pay ... Highly recommend to families who want to spend a beautiful week ...
