So they kept pinging me on LI, so I finally talked to them. Red flags everywhere, they asked for my SSN, address, zip code, etc. all this information before I even spoke to their client? Of course I refused which they accepted. Then they emailed me and asked me to "sign" and acknowledge the following:
"I confirm that the supplier listed above has discussed and qualified me to be presented at Medtronic with #MEDTJP00034392/MEDTJP00036044 listed above for a 24+ months contract position. Furthermore, I will not authorize any other individual, company or organization to represent me to the opportunity listed above. As per our discussion we had submitted your resume to our client Medtronic for Requisition #MJP00034392/MTJP00036044. Please available for in-person or phone interview as required by the client. If you are hired for this position LanceSoft will pay you $110/Hr. on W2 Please plan to begin work two weeks from the day the offer has been made. You will be required to go thru and pass a criminal background check and a drug test before you start."
Of course I refused, I have never never heard of a staffing company or recruiter asking you to confirm your rate for an extended contract by email. Even if this was a legit company, which I doubt, this is borderline illegal if not even enforceable.
Stay clear of this company or at least do your research on them.

I was also contacted by "Jude, executive recruiter" about a position at CVS minute clinic.
Thank goodness I was too suspicious to give any personal information. I will be contacting CVS directly.

They took all personal information and disappeared. None of the numbers provided work, no one picks up or responds. Big big fraud. I wish i saw this reviews before i sent my information to the recruiter .... i wish Someone could help stop this kind of activities... people trying to find job to survive and those fake recruiters just wasting time and stealing all personal information. Such a shame...

It feels like I have joined our team at Lancesoft very recently but time flies. Amidst the pandemic, time just passed so fast that these 2 Years have just gone like a flash.

Every moment was so great and memorable here. I would like to thank you all for your tremendous support both as a team and in person. I have started my professional career at my dream company and I have learned a lot during my time here and I really appreciate everyone here who helped me to acquire the knowledge and give the professional outlook to me.

I wish to thank Marie Carmant, Jason, Vatan Bhatia, Prachi Sharma for giving me support. Although I would like to thank everyone for their countless efforts.

Probably a scam, but even if this *is* a legitimate staffing firm, I can not emphasize enough how aggravating it has been. I get several calls, emails, and texts every single day from this agency. I have requested to have my contact info removed from their lists as I am not interested in their services and am not looking for a job. This has not happened even after three weeks.

Despite having this conversation a dozen times and telling them I am not interested the caller will continue to tell me about how good the opportunity is. They even had the audacity to ask me to stay on the phone after I told them I was driving. Their emails come with three preset options for replies and Every. Single. One. Is a different way of saying "yes." There is no option to say "no."

Everything about this firm reeks of a scam from their operator's persistence (even should it compromise client safety), the dubious 5-star ratings, and the fact that they will not take you off their list. Stay far away.

Would give 0 stars if I could. This company contracted me out for another position. The offer letter clearly states guaranteed hours and length of contract, which was violated by Lancesoft. I was not given hardly any hours and my contract was terminated far earlier than contracted. Horrible company, do not take a job with them if you can help it!
