They are the worst Managment Company our Subdivision has ever had.. They don't answer emails ..they don't answer the phones... they don't even cash your checks ...your checks are floating out there that you paid you HOA fees... Incompetent wouldn't suggest anybody use these people for anyting I'm still waiting two months to get my roof repaired

If you intend on hiring Elan Management as your property management company don't walk run away as fast as you can. Dena McDonald is the most unprofessional business owner I have very experienced.

She works off of emotions, the customer service is the worst they never answer the phone and never call back. We have had so many complaints regarding this property management company it is truly a pleasure to not work with them anymore.

I sincerely hope you never have to work with a company with such as awful and Elan. Also, if you are on the BOD nothing is sacred she will share BOD information with other home owners which completely unethical.

I d give negative stars if I could. I would also sell my house tomorrow to get out of the HOA controlled by these people. They harass disabled veterans with fines over their lawn (which is 100%) in compliance and their public spaces haven t been mowed in over a month. These people are despicable.

I guarantee every 5 star review is a planted fake review. A survey done of our community members found 100% dissatisfaction with Elan. DR Horton can go to hell for sticking us with these crooks.

We had no choice with this HOA management company. D.R. Horton amazes me at their choice. These people don't care about our community. They are not professional. I get my grass cut every 2 weeks. But I get a letter stating that I will be charged $300 if it wasn't cut during a holiday week. Then I was sent an art6by email on how to landscape my yard. We are in a pandemic, why am i focusing on spending money i don't have for special landscape. I am spending extra money taking care of my parents as my job has me quarantined. Ridiculous

Absolutely trash of an HOA. The service reps are terrible and NEVER answer the phone. You would think the outrageous fees you pay they would do something as simple as answer a phone but they can t even do that.
Ladies are completely unhelpful when they do answer and give you a call back IF they feel like it.
Would avoid buying a home with this HOA just for the fact they re management blows.

I highly recommend this management company if you hate where you live, and are looking for some of the worst service you can find. On the other hand, if you're looking for quality and competent service, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Absolutely awful! Being dissatisfied with their level of service is an understatement. I have never dealt with such a ridiculously poor level of community management. I'd rather have dental surgery with no anesthetic than to ever do business with Elan again.

If they work hard enough, they could possibly improve their service from being absolutely abysmal, to just being plain bad...which would be an improvement for them. Avoid them like the plague. If given a choice between getting Elan or COVID 19, take your chances with COVID and stay away from Elan.

What can I say, that hasn't been said already. Look at the other negative comments and concerns, I share them all. Sometimes your reputation proceeds you and nothing has to be said at all. Bless the people who actually had a great experience with you, I wish we could say that. If you value your company and why you started it to begin with, please read the comments and re-evaluate and become better. When you have more negative comments then good, how could you not be mortified and want to make it better. Many people within the communities that you serve post their comments daily contemplating on selling their homes, not because they don't love their home, but because of your management company. When you have 10 people within the community, asking you the same question, with little to no response, and when you do hear back you receive that nice-nasty demeanor.... just disappointed! (Everyone's individual's experience maybe different, this is simply an observation from my experiences, and as you can see the thoughts of others).
