I would not recommend Lambent Services if you are looking for work. I interviewed with John, he said I qualified for a position and to reach out to him in the middle of the following week for an appointment with the client. I did just that, wrote a thank you card, emailed in the middle of the week as he requested, called and left my name and number, but nothing happened. John, does not even posses the common curtesy to return my call or email to let me know I did not in fact qualify. In my opinion this is very unprofessional thus I would not recommend this agency.

Love Lambent! They make the hiring process easy. John gave me excellent choices quickly when I needed to turn this around. The hardest part was picking between the two I liked best. I am happier now than I was before I met my new assistant. I realized there are things that I either don t want to do or can t do, and some of them are important. After meeting with Jennifer I now have a plan.

I've gotten help from Lambent Services assistants about ten times over the past couple years, including three times in the last six months, and I've always had fantastic experiences. Two of those times, I had Lambent assistants help me with my Brooklyn rental property, which I manage myself -- once when I was forced to be out of the country for a week while the property was under intensive renovation, and once when the pipes froze at the property while I was in the course of an all-day move from one apartment to another. In both cases, the assistants were bright, competent, ultra responsible and responsive, and allowed me to get done what needed to be done in two places at the same time. On the third recent occasion, I had an assistant pick me up from a routine diagnostic medical procedure where the hospital wouldn't release me without a companion -- rather than make one of my friends pick me up during the work day way uptown when I wasn't even sick, a Lambent assistant was available to confirm to the doctor that he would pick me up, was super nice, and made sure I was ok after the procedure and got home safely. In addition to the assistants being great, the staff at Lambent are always helpful as well, and take the trouble to determine exactly what you need and the right assistant to help. I don't need or want a full time personal assistant, but when I do need help, Lambent is perfect.

Jill makes everything so easy -- quickly presents great candidates so I can fill the position without spending too much time. She "gets" people and figures out who is good and who will fit in with our small office.

I was involved with lambent for the last 2 years, and I can say confidently that they provide one of the best personal assistance in the industry. I worked with 2 assistants and both of them were highly proficient, reliable and know what they are doing.
I highly recommend their services, specially if you don't have the time, and wanna get thing done fast.

Lambent helped us clarify our personal and professional requirements for someone to handle financial reporting and portfolio management for our Boston family office and foundation. The result was a terrific local hire - creative, competent, discrete, hardworking - who we never would have found without her expert help. She also helped us hire a capable public relations person with strong communication and social media skills who fits perfectly within our team. Jill knows what she is doing and has a superb ability to understand human talent and tendencies.

My Lambent Services assistant is a miracle. Utterly reliable and helpful, she has excellent judgment. She can figure anything out. She is clever, resourceful, self-confident, and always pleasant. I don't know what we did before she started working with us, so completely do we depend on her.

Been with this company for almost six years, and I love them! Jill and the team are super lovely, efficient, and work hard to make both client and assistant experiences enjoyable and beneficial. Highly recommend for any of your Personal and Executive Assistant needs!

They gave me the best assistant I've ever had. Good rates, great people, easy to work with. And they're nice.

We did a lot of research in to PA providers in the New York area. Lambent was the best. For the past year, we've been thrilled with their services, professionalism and rates. We highly recommend them.

One word- FRAUD!! Do not waste your time looking for a job with this agency.

I used Lambent Services to help me with a move. I hired an assistant to sort, pack and prepare my personal belongings for shipment. The assistant was friendly and helped calm my nerves. She stayed and supervised the moving men and let them into my new place (both in Manhattan). I hired another assistant a week later to help me unpack and wait in my apartment for utilities people to arrive. A great company with great personal assistants. Professional, trurstworthy and quick. Highly recommended.
