I moved up from Scottsdale. Dealt with Pinnacle Nissan for years prior. My experience is limited to the Service and Parts staff. Good folks- patient listeners and detail attentive. Responsive and thorough support. Parts pricing works to be competitive. They willingly and quickly supply detailed Bills-of-Material. I recently needed running boards for my 2017 Titan. They ordered up all three models so we could assess the differences poorly pictured and described on-line. Impressive!
I've gone to Lamb for every oil change. They are fast and friendly and affordable. Also I love the waiting area inside. Coffee is great and they have crayons and coloring pages for my kids to stay occupied while we wait. Love Lamb Nissan!
They did everything that they could.. It could not have been better.
I've been impressed with Lamb since the beginning. We're creeping up on 10 years now and three vehicles. They always do what they can to accommodate my wife and I.
Their Service Department is the best in 50 years that I've been buying cars and having them serviced.
They are friendly, courteous, efficient, and go beyond the call of duty.

Recently I had my car serviced, and requested a wash. They apologized, said their equipment broke down, but they would give me a rain check.
When I picked up the car, they had washed it by hand!!!
My wife bought a pre-paid oil change at Lamb Nissan at a silent auction at our daughter's school. I had the work done on my Lexus this past week. Seems simple but unlike many places the service person I dealt with was exceptionally friendly and professional, and the work was completed when it was promised. There was no additional charge, and the car was fully checked over for other potential problems. I was told it would have been washed, but the car wash was down. I will bring it there for my next oil change.

Everything about Lamb Nissan is easy - from making the appointment for any service - to dropping off the car - to picking up the car. There is never a wait - they are there at the desks waiting for you to drop off your car. They are very clear about what you are coming in for - there make is easy. The staff is professional and friendly. We have been taking our car there for close to 6 years. As a courtesy - even it's only an oil change or a tire rotation, they wash your car!
Complete waste of time if you want someone to just beat around the bush and keep you waiting after you told them your situation and not to waste days, hours GO SEE MIKE ANWARY he makes promises and will run your credit 16 plus times after you stated not to do so before signing anything! If it wasn't for Barbara who is amazing and training to be a salesman then I would of left. I was sat in a office well Mark went back and fourth with other customers. He doesn't make you feel like a priority or like your time matters at all. He did the same thing to my friend Cassie. Better off going to PHX for more options and better service. I was born and raised here and never thought I'd say you would get better service in the city.
Awesome experience, zero pressure and easy to work with! Leon, the sales manager was fantastic and Andreas was new but did a great job too. I would recommend them highly, my son also bought his maxima there a year ago. Great team to work with!
Jeremiah in the service center of Lamb Nissan deserves solid recognition. While on a road trip, my car broke down. He took a stressful situation and turned it around by staying late until we arrived in the tow truck, assisted me in getting a temporary vehicle so I could get home, and was reassuring. Truly the best service I have ever had from a dealership.
I love coming to Lamb Nissan for my vehicle service. They make it easy to keep my vehicle running great. I never feel "sold" when they tell me I need extra services. They offer me a complimentary car wash everytime.
I have bought two Frontiers from this store and was treated fairly and feel I got competitive pricing. No complaints. Mark Woods has been very helpful in my Nissan purchases! (Internet Manager). The service department is good and the prices are good too so surprisingly I try and take my Nissan there for its service.
I absolutely love the car I got from Lamb Nissan. It came so clean and its absolutely gorgeous. The people were so helpful and they really do love as fast as they can to get you in your new car and on your way. They have no trouble explaining anything to a first time buyer.

This is the second time I have had my Rouge serviced at Lamb. During this time of social distancing I was so impressed with their scheduling of service to keep customers and their staff safe. Excellent customer service! They discovered a nail in a tire that could not be repaired. Their service coordinator coordinated getting new tires for our vehicle at a great price so we would not have to do a return trip or have to go to another location. Thank you!

Absolutely 150% pleased with the salesman, Michael Ford, and Lamb' s entire staff. We especially appreciate the fact that there was no pressure involved in the sale and Michael took us directly to a car he knew we would be interested in. The EASIEST car purchase ever by far! Worth the drive from Phoenix - will be recommending Lamb Nissan and sales manager Mark Woods for anyone looking for a vehicle. Got a great deal on our Frontier, and Mark was upfront and to-the-point, so no frustrating game of being passed around to different sales people like most dealerships. Add that to Curt Hinds in finance, who was equally straightforward and fun to work with, we managed to drive away with our new truck in less than 1 1/2 hours (including a thorough Frontier orientation). Overall, a fun experience buying our new vehicle.
If this was my first time coming to Lamb Nissan for service I would say they exceeded my expectations. I have been coming over 3 years so I expect nothing but the best service possible.

I thought Sharon was a wonderful service person. She kept me aware of what I need to do for my car.
Although I was surprised at 25,000 miles, my transmission needs to be replaced really surprised me, she explained what was happening and was ordering the necessary parts.
Fortunately, I did buy the protection policy and it will cover the problem.
I will be returning next Thursday to get my car fixed and was disappointed that this dealership doesn't give out loaners. A part of the original protection package they no longer do.

Had to stay longer than anticipated, because of a recall to update software that I didn't know about. Lamb Nissan kept me informed and finished the work within 2 hrs 45 min. Waiting area was comfortable.

Tough issue with insurance company. Lamb Nissan was helpful and provided a loaner car while we worked out the problem. The 'entire' dash board had to be removed to get a dead critter out of the heater box.

After a story I heard from an elderly confused friend of mine I would not even have my car serviced there again. Her name is Sandra Garibaldi and they would not return her car within the legal 3 day time frame. Shame on Lamb. I* am going to tell everyone I know about this incident and so will the rest of her many friends.
They were very honest with my transaction, instead of charging me for a services that wasn't needed (tire rotation) they told me about it and the transaction was very transaction transparent :) great job guys!!!

Very quick resolution of my car issue at not charge.
Brought in my car to Lamb Nissan for service after a local mechanic could not figure out what was going on. Lamb quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the car. Evidently, the problem resided with the catalytic converters. Unfortunately, Lamb Nissan service opted to cut the heat shields on the car while installing the catalytic converters. I expected more precision workmanship from the dealer and was disappointed because I was not told the heat shields would be cut.
All was good no issues an everything was great from the beginning until vehicle was done. The service person was honest an let me know all that was needed an what needed to be fixed on the rouge. I will continue to come to this place due to the great service an plenty of coffee an donuts while we wait. Thanks for the great service at Lamb Nissan in Prescott Arizona.

Simple no haggle deal. Bottom line is they gave me top trade-in without going back and forth and the deal on the new vehicle was great as well. Simple and straight forward paperwork was appreciated. Most dealers have additional "expenses" built into the sales contract but Lamb Nissan was refreshingly simple and much lower than other dealers I have worked with.
Large selection, competitive prices, and no shifty sales people. I despise car dealerships and their underhanded tactics so, I was dreading the prospect of trading in my old truck for a new vehicle. These guys (and gals) were well prepared, non-gimmicky, and honest. They gave me a fair price for my trade and put me in the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted.

After a couple of bad experiences with other dealerships, it was great to work with Guy, Victor and Michael at Lamb. Guy and Victor listened to what I wanted and wanted to spend, not what they wanted to sell me, and found the vehicle that met my needs at the price I wanted to spend. Such a unique experience compared to other dealerships. Once the deal was made, Michael was very helpful in completing the transaction and walking me through any questions I had with the vehicle. What other dealerships said couldn't be done, Lamb did! Would highly recommend Lamb. In addition, I've had my previous Nissan there for service and found Jim Hughes to be very helpful and knowledgeable. A great dealership all around!

I recently had a problem with my Altima and Lamb Nissan technicians found the issue that was related to excessive heat and re programmed my electronic control module and my car seems much better. My gas mileage had also dropped in half to about 17mpg so we will see on next fill up whether that has corrected itself. Overall I was very satisfied by the service received, prompt service and timely appointment. Thank you!

First, I want to be CLEAR that this review is about feedback for the lot sales staff only. Service and Internet Sales have been great. I bought a new 2014 Nissan Sentra a few weeks ago. In our sales process of about 6 weeks, we hit their sales lot about three times. I just want to say that if everyone who goes there experiences the attitude issues that we ran into, it would definitely impact Nissan's sales negatively.
I feel that the sales staff could use some serious training in how to treat the customer with respect and consideration. The only reason we returned to purchase there, was because the Internet special on the 2014 Sentra was hard to beat.
Mike Anwary will just waste your time and get you excited just to let you down and tell you to be patient. There is no way it takes over 3 days to purchase a vehicle.

I have taken my Nissan Frontier to Lamb ever since I bought it and have always received outstanding service from Jeremiah Cartier, Service Manager. He and his department have always given me perfect service at reasonable prices and I now also take my Volvo XC-90 in for service there. If Jeremiah ever should move to another dealership, I will change my cars so I can follow him to his new dealership. He is just such an outstanding human being and Lamb and us customers is very fortunate to have him.

I have gone to Lamb Nissan for over a year now for service on my two Nissan vehicles. I've always had great service and have been treated very well. The waiting area is very comfortable and some one comes and alerts me when my vehicle is ready.
