The place is very good but the service is tooo slow and staff is tooo dumb and uneducated
Rest property is too good
And food service is sooo slow it takes ages to come

Wow.......though visited in off season then also it's splendid!! Very good destination with rejuvenating massage service, also the private beach gives tranquility of soul. And the high tides were mesmerising.....in short in South Goa best place to be there..........enjoyed it a lot

Lush Green Property gives a scenic view of old Goa. It is just sensuous. The private beach is amazing with limited people. Shacks on the beach are priced decently. Property is 68 KM from airport that takes you far away from city's mess. In evening the music lights up the atmosphere with the lights fading...!!!

Terrible staff. Just the worst duty manager who was so rude. Food is bland. The aging hotel was once decent looking but now is a cracked up bollywood has-been. So many other better options!! Two stars only because of the nice bathtub and the roof didn't cave in.

Excellent Hotel, spacious room and services are upto the mark. Paradise for Golf lover and greenry. Private access to beach, big swimming pool and all modern amenities. Now limited quantity in Buffett.. not much option to go outside... Very far from the main city 75kms... U can only spend in resort. Good for MiCE but not recommended for leisure clients. You can buy small stuffs at the entrance gate.

Large scale property along beach side with nicely made very spacious rooms, balcony opening to lush green gardens and really big swimming pool.
Dining area though spacious and with view, lacked air conditioning,a difficult task to stay there for long in hot and humid tropical weather. Food & services were good

- Beds are hard
- Pillows are uncomfortable
- Staff are generally not well trained : we ordered room service, each different dish arrived 25 minutes after the last.
- In the restaurant the waiter asked what colour bread we wanted, we said white, he then took our food to the wrong table, then by the time he had worked out what the issue was, he bought it to us and it was cold... and the bread was brown.
- The air conditioning units have a very loud clicking sound so you cannot sleep
- The walls are paper thin so you hear even people walking around quietly, so don't expect to sleep.
- We asked for a wake up call, it was half an hour late, and then there was no apology.

Tip: Get a massage done on the beach, not by the hotel. Its only 400 rupees!

Really bad service. They don't really care about Indian customers as I see. Waiters don't know their job. Receptionists are arrogant. Food isn't tasty at all. The only good thing I like about this place js, the property is really amazing. Rest everything sucks. Especially given the amount of money being charged, definitely not even a 3 star experience in terms of service.

Slightly far away from airport.. Highly recommended resort in south goa.. vast property.. very well maintained infrastructure.. Almost private peaceful beach.. Popular wedding destination and corporate events.. Only negative is the distance from mainland Goa (north).. Spread of food is lavish.. Arguably one of the resorts with very huge and well maintained (xxxxxl) rooms

Wehad a Memorable stay at Lalits Golf and Spa resort Goa from 14th to 17th june 2018 ,very good amenities,Helpful staff,Delicious food carefully chosen Menus for breakfast lunch dinner,spl.the Dessert,fruits ,icecream and chat sections.
Property is awesome well kept gardens beautiful landscaping.lovely interiors, shining floors.
I specially want to mention Mr.Abhishek the enthusiastic young manager who took charge of every thing and looked after me ( physically incapacitated)...very well

Horrible food, the rooms are crumbling at it seams, the service is pathetic and they can't even get a simple cocktail like a bloody Mary correct. Had the worst possible check out process taking almost an hour to figure out

Built far from city on other side of goa. Better to take a cab or scooter on rent to reach here. If you are willing to pay the price, trust me, it's worth it.

Good spacious rooms. Walkways get very wet and slippery during rains so you need to be careful while walking.
Decent food. Good spa.

The check in experience was horrible. Staff provided wrong details about the food inclusions and later when we checked the other day he said it was his mistake as he was confused between two bookings.
The more baffling part: He said he will give us additional discount but he was actually charging the same amount. And we had to even insist to get a bill for that.

Such behaviour was not expected at all from a 5 star resort.

Very nice and polite staff, glad to see everyone with a smile and namaste. A bit pricey with respect to the food and available varieties. This being in a remote area it's hard to get hold of good food. The only issue we had was the front desk gave us a room with a window and said it was a balcony room, then we asked to change it the next day, we had to wait a while to get the new room. The staff does house keeping every day, we had to complain once since the new sheets gave us itching for the whole night and they came the next day and changed all the sheets and pillow cases. Overall it was a peaceful place, minor set backs did not spoil the mood.

A bit expensive food, free breakfast was good but kind of repetitive... Pool was not functional.. staff good and helping.. very huge area with private beach... Luxurious room..

Lovely scenic Goa property with 92 acres of green lucsious landscape. The maintenance of the place is mind boggling and we see staff continuously keeping the landscape in tip top shape.

Mr Vinod and his team looked after us very well and catered for our vegetarian needs . Although is a busy place the restaurant staff still made time to talk to us

The hotel's is busy with events and weddings and private guests . The beach is nice and clean .

had a horrid experience on the last day...a rat roaming in my room... plz beware before spending stupendous amount for ur holidays after all its our hard earn money and we cannot waste it for such a property
