Huge spacious property with private beach and calm place to stay. Dining options are not many and considering the secluded location... You don't have many options to eat out. Stay at this property only if you plan to spend most of the time in resort .

The hotel and the rooms are fabulous, the only thing is it is far away from main city.

Resort with 5 star facilities adjacent to excellent calm and clean beach.
Excellent sports facilities with many options to play.

The service was very bad. Even for baby food they take 45min to make. They dont know how to cook simple khichdi( half boiled). All star rating only for the property not for service

Location is not good, everything else is just amazing.

Super resort, big, majestic with huge rooms and very comfortable bed. Food was ordinary where it was served to us but one exclusive restaurant served me a great light dinner with live songs sung exclusively on each table

Brilliant location and large expansive property are the only 2 good things about the place. Extremely poor service, lack of empathy and customer centricity otherwise. Would chose any other property in Goa if I could post my 1 stay here. Disappointed after all the hype around the place

Far away from Goa mainland. Closer to Karwar. Good property and welcoming staff. Electricity issue of intermittent shedding.

This is a huge property. Rooms are really big. Food is satisfactory. Services are really poor, laid back. You might wait for more than one hour for your meal. Staff are not well trained. Will not recommend if you are going to pay 13000/- per day. Golf course is just playable. Will not like to spoil my game.

Beautiful beach with cleanest waters I have seen in Goa

The place may have five stars, but the service and attitude of the staff is rather poor. For example, when I asked at the bar for a glass with ice, I was told to go to my room and call roomservice, as he was not allowed to give that to me. Or the time when we arrived for breakfast to be greeted with "you need to go in 15min!!". Snobbish 'rules', only large taxies are allowed to drop off guests, tuck tucks are not allowed near the entrance. Food, drinks and laundry service overpriced by roughly a factor of 12. Finally, and things like that really annoy me, all prices are quoted "without taxes and fees", so you need to add another 30% to everything. In Europe this would be illegal... Avoid.

Nice big property in the lap of nature. Beach clean not too crowded. But too far from actual Goa. 1.5 hours away from the happening parts of goa

The first step in the property will surely give a wow effect.

Rooms are very well maintained and all restaurants are excellent.

A 9 hole golf course with an experience learning sessions at a pocket friendly price will surely make the stay more memorable.

Gardens and golf course is very well maintained. Swimming pool is outstanding and ensure you spend quality time in water if not sea. However facilities prices at pool and beach is on a higher side which management should think of revisiting.

First class ambience with an authentic feel of Portugal homes. Private beach. Great maintainence with an incredible garden. Don't forget to rejuvenate yourself with massages given by the localities in the nearby beach.

Insanely charge people who dont check for terms and conditions.

Vast property with an almost private beach and a beachfront restaurant. The resort is itself self sufficient for a wonderful stay. No need to go outside, however Palolem and Agonda are nearby. Service can certainly be improved, especially during the peak season.
