The place may have five stars, but the service and attitude of the staff is rather poor. For example, when I asked at the bar for a glass with ice, I was told to go to my room and call roomservice, as he was not allowed to give that to me. Or the time when we arrived for breakfast to be greeted with "you need to go in 15min!!". Snobbish 'rules', only large taxies are allowed to drop off guests, tuck tucks are not allowed near the entrance. Food, drinks and laundry service overpriced by roughly a factor of 12. Finally, and things like that really annoy me, all prices are quoted "without taxes and fees", so you need to add another 30% to everything. In Europe this would be illegal... Avoid.
