Amazing location nested between the Arabian ocean and talpona river . Do try the beach shack Corta's , bit pricey but worth it

This is the second time I am staying at Lalit. First time we had organised a tennis tournament in Lalit with 50 friends.
This time I celebrated my birthday along with 20 friends, stayed for 2 days. It was the most memorable pool party ever. I cut the cake in pool itself. There is nothing off season about Goa, it has different flavours in different seasons. My friends played tennis, squash, table tennis in hotel & kabaddi on the beach. Hotel rooms are huge. Gym is very well equipped. Spa services are excellent. Buffet breakfast spread is extravagant.

Street dogs are very dangerous in hotel be careful, around 15 dogs attacked me in evening luckily I run from that area ..... So pls be careful

Resort management pls solve this issue immediately

Excellent property at reasonable rate. Lot of games facilties available but with a charge for instance shooting, boat in the swimming pool. Good food at the restaurants. The taste of food under complimentary breakfast was great. The beachside of this resort is not crowded, well maintained, clean and serene.

Its a very Remote Place... And in Rainy season rooms were stinking...

It is a fancy property to stay in South Goa. It has a private beach with the facility of water sports as well. U can even get a nice massage done on the beach and enjoy the sun and the beach view. Room sizes are really spacious and airy. The staff is very warm but services were little slow.
Location wise it is really good since it is very close to Palolem beach. So u can experience peace, natural beauty and party hard at the same place.
Everything was really good but the breakfast spread definitely needs to improve.
Overall, it s a wonderful place to stay in Goa!

A decent stay at this hotel. We stayed for two nights for goa holidays. Booked deluxe room. They didnt upgrade our room. Staff is very lazy. They dont clean your room on check out day. TV is old one, cable connection was not proper. I felt like it's a 4 star hotel in terms of room and service. Cona cona restaurant was good. Compare to dinner we liked breakfast much. Their rooms has to be renew, pool is good one.

The room which we stayed was garden view suite. It was very spacious and the resort overall is very big.The squash and tennis courts are excellently maintained. The food hovever is very expensive here and one can easily go to sushi cafe and JC special which are two restaurants right opposite to Lalit main entrance which have excellent food and are way cheaper.

It's a best place to take you away from the noisy crowd to noiseless peace ....best place where you get everything at one stop .all the activities all the adventure everything..loved it awesome

This is one lush green property in south Goal which boasts of 18 holes golf course. In addition it has a private beach with adventure activities. The food on offer is awesome and generally the place is quite in demand. The hotel offers good packages for groups and individuals. There's never a dull moment at The Lalit.....

It is a very nice resort with good amenities and an amazing private beach. The beach is beautiful and cant be reached easily by public not staying in the hotel.

When I was doing the bookings I was wondering will I get value for money or not. But the moment I entered the place, all my doubts were cleared and mind told my heart Dont worry all is well .

Situated at the beach, surrounded by golf course with a engaging landscaping what else u want from a resort. The price is but higher but once u will visit the place you will
Be convinced that it s not overly priced.

Things which made me to fall in love -

1. The architecture of the building and the landscaping.
2. Size of the room
3. Open the door or the room and u will be see the landscaping taking ur eyes all the way to the beach and fresh air.
4. Cortas restaurant situated at the beach. It provides option of dining inside and at the beach.
5. You can spent the evenings siting at beach and enjoying the food and beverages. I would call it a poetic evening just as we have read or seen in many movies
6. Quality of food and breakfast menu.

Things that can we worked upon -

1. Though rooms are huge but miss out on many things specially a LED TV. They have flat screen TV s but old ones.
2. Food is expensive.
3. Housekeeping will do basic cleaning and I have to ask the reception to clean the room properly.
4. concierge service only assist you properly if you opt for the hotel cabs. I asked them what all places I can visit but the reply was cold.

In summary it s a perfect resort for family vacation.

But food is useless
International complimentary breakfast is the worst breakfast you can ever eat.
Staff is only focused on doing namaste, if you ask any other help Or anything then they will say that someone else is responsible for that and finally your work will not be done.
Very poor quality service.
They don't even have valet parking.
Worst experience of hotel in my entire life
And the location is at the southern most border of goa, very cumbersome to reach.
And nothing is nearby to enjoy also.
Make sure you have your own commute to reach and enjoy there or else you can opt for leela over lalit.
Leela gives much much much better experience to the customers than lalits.

Only good for people who want an extremely laid back Goa beach holiday. Mainly for lazy honeymooners.

Breakfast buffet is not upto the mark. On scale of 10, would rate it 3.

Pool is average. Beach is private and absolutely non intrusive.

It's a 5-star hotel with 3-star ambience. The food at the hotel isn't that great had a really bad experience. Got a sandwich which costed me 900Rs after taxes which was rock hard and wasn't able to bite it. The food out side the hotel in the street side are great and reasonable. The total bill of that dinner was Rs.2700/- usually this bill in 5-stars are cleared during the check out but the restaurant guy was running behind me holding the bill to clear in the corridor which was really unprofessional behavior by the staff.
This hotel as a very good pool, rooms are clean and neat. The beach is not good now since it's monsoon, the property as Raj Baga beach in back side which as hotel and local crowd mixed.
Over all I felt it was a 3-star stay. The Lalit as a lot to improve. Just coming and asking a guest how food is doesn't make difference.

Hi friend this is good property in luxury 5 star hotel located in Rajbagh Cancona, South Goa and has facility of Ayurvedic Spa and Golf course you should visit this place when you are in Goa Thanks.

This has been one of the nicest Goa trip we have had. We stayed at The Lalit Golf and Spa Resort. It is the biggest property in Goa. And it s beauuuutiful. The resort is just stunning! The endless lawns, the gorgeous neat beach, the staff, and the stunning pool side together all of it made the experience wholesome . If you are visiting Goa for the first time, I guess you should stay in North Goa and enjoy your happening beaches such as Calangute, Baga and Anjuna. But if you are visiting for 2nd or 3rd time, you should really stay at The Lalit. It s far off from the regular city in South Goa but it s so complete in itself that you rarely want to go anywhere. And trust me, the hotel does make that little extra effort to keep you entertained and happy.

Well maintained gardens,pool and golf park.Rooms are a bit old.Pleasant stay fit for family and groups. Multiple restaurants and bars available,salon and spa too but with super expensive services. Food is average. Beach is quiet and tidy.

It was great experience here at The Lalit - Goa. Good food and ambiance. Need little improvement in room service. Otherwise everything if fine.

Pathetic service, uninterested staff, very limited menu for the buffet breakfast and meals (though the food was good). Also, none gives a damn if your stay has been unpleasant.

One of the best properties in south goa with a private beach but a bit pricey when it comes to food ( well, it's a five star). A perfect getaway option if you want to explore the calmer and peaceful side of Goa.

Not happy.. checked in.. ordinary welcome..booked a suite which boasts to have a minibar.. but even packed beverages not provided on account of covid which is rare and found only here
