Strange behavior product.

Strange behavior product.
I tried to download the Vstitch software based on LAlaland AI platform required. However, the download file always fly out rapidly from the original location and then disappeared after I double-clicked. I spent 2 days trying to figure it out why, but no result. At past, Whenever I download softwares that were related to Hongkong or Singapore product, I always had trouble like this. I contacted them and they usually had no any response whenever my question came to such a problem.
I did a little search, Vstitch is from Singapore. My computer is MAC newer version, so it should not have problem with downloading. Today, I checked my download file through Finder and I spotted a few files that were not clickable: when I clicked them, the screen would jump to another file. I doubt they were from Vstitch because I am always cautious with downloading any file from outside, only their software was something I did before.
