Brand new and shiny clean. However a serious shortage of parking forces many people out onto the ruinous frontage road.
No sidewalk, and potholes abound.
Come early to park in the parking lot.
The cast was awesome..so talented. Laugh out loud funny
I saw Charlotte's Web on a field trip with my son's school. It was terrific! The kids were entertained the entire time and so was I. It was a really nice touch having the entire cast waiting in the hallway to say goodbye as all the kids left for the bus. We'll definitely come back!
Every seat is a good one. The sound system was good, music good, chorus and actors great.... good concessions, plenty of parking. Cant think of a negative!
Love the new building and the play was wonderful. Will definetely be back for another show. The cast of Mary Poppins was excellent.
My first visit to one of their plays. We will be attending more in the future. Excited to see the new venue.
A plus for me going to this play; if was also my first visit back to what was my church building growing up. Obviously the building has changed but still the memories were special.
Great theatre, awesome production quality. Not enough spaces in the parking lot.
Great local theater. Currently venue is an old church. Will be much nicer next season when they move to brand new building that is currently under construction
You should definitely use Gillian Randall! She is so talented!
First time at the new location and it was AWESOME!!!! Would TOTALLY recommend it to anyone wanting a fun night!!!! Roomy seats, not only leg but elbow room, you could see the stage and actors--it was a great time!!! Can't wait to go back!!!!
Your outdoor concerts are loud! All I hear is bass in my house for hours! All of a sudden you come in and blast loud music and fireworks in my neighborhood. It's been happening a lot lately. I have young kids and don't appreciate your lack of respect for the people who live here. This isn't the end
Ir was fabulous! Great new theatre, and a great performance!
Nice local theater, new location is great, cast always has some talent
Very new clean building and good performances by amateur actors.
LSP is the best community theater in the Twin Cities and their auditorium is first class.
My first time here. Would love to go back. Nice setting for watching a play. Street parking
Loved the 10 Minute Play Festival!! Was hard to pick just one as my favorite! Wonderful cozy theater and quaint little town of White Bear Lake!
Beautiful facility, excellent place to watch local theater
Beautiful new modern comfortable facility with strong community support.
Parking is horrible. At best the actors were amatures and could tell.
I love the new theater. I finally went to see a show tonight and it was a great experience. I previously only knew the backstage area as I have volunteered for a couple of shows. Volunteering is really fun too. If interested, contact Paul at the theater.
Great play! Saw "Baskerville" and loved the versatility of the actors playing multiple roles. The sight gags and special effects were very funny.
Great place for friends to enjoy a great show and enjoy the great atmosphere
The facility is beautiful well done but the play Mary Poppins all the additives that they put in especially the negative old lady that came just turn me off completely almost made me want to leave
We've been to 4 different performances over the last two years (if you count their summer performance of 10-minute plays as one event). The first was uneven and forced, and the latest was tepid and no better than a high school performance. I don't know how they will retain enough audience to pay to operate the new theatre.
I liked that you guys reach out to the community and allow children to perform
This is a nice place! A big time improvement over their previous digs. Nice facility and decent place for their work.
A beautiful new theater. Easily accessible, comfortable seating.
Wonderful, made us cry. We want to go as often as possible!
Went to see their production of Into the Woods. My family thoroughly enjoyed the show, set, actor and location. The only down side was how long we had to wait in line during the intermission.
The new theater is beautiful and very well designed. Seating is comfortable and there's really not a bad seat in the house!
We really like the new Lake shore player's. Miss the old one. Much more room now.
It was an easy, low key way to enjoy the dramatic arts.
We are long-time patrons of the Lakeshore Players Theatre and are always delighted with their fresh productions, amazing and talented actors/directors and the creativity and versatility! Absolutely loved the madcap and zany "Mystery of Irma Vep" done this season and was impressed and intrigued with their recent "The Rabbit Hole" drama. Stellar performances by the entire cast with roses to all involved to tackle a play of this magnitude....and fittingly appropriate as the last play in the playhouse of 47 years! A play about loss and death with parallels to new beginnings.....an intelligent and frank treat ...and we are richer for it.
If you are not familiar with their 10-minute plays ( for those with short attention span) please give yourself a treat and attend this event coming up this Spring.
Fantastic new auditorium! Acoustics were fantastic for our trio concert. The Steinway is easily in the top 10 in the Twin Cities!
Also, we really loved the staff there - especially Jim Berry - everyone was fantastic.
Thanks again!
Good venue, great ambience, enthusiastic casts, delightful productions.
Not a typical community theater! Wonderful, quality productions. Also, I took classes here throughout grade school. I belive these are still offered, and they were a wonderful experience...I belive they also still have a summer youth project, which is a wonderful, hands-on opportunity for kids in a wide range of ages to help with sets, lighting and of course acting!
I played there with The Scottie Miller Band
I always have my doubts when a new theater is built. It seems good acoustics are difficult for people to design into a room
Happily this is not the case with this particular theater. Also the staff proved quite capable and were easy to work with.
White Bear is a great little town that supports the arts and it just got better!
Currently showing Steel Magnolias. The show was very good. The cast of characters had you in stitches and tears in the same sequence of events. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
What a great community theater! If you haven't seen cabaret it's a must, get your tickets now. It was a great production.
Wonderful performance of The Great Gatsby. Outstanding!
We just saw Miracle on 34th Street. It was delightful. The playhouse is designed so that there isn't a bad seat in the house and the acoustics are very good.
Small theater where every seat is good. Fresh clean new building.
I watched Cinderella, a good performance. Actors were adorable.
Great productions from a small Theatre Company. We have been to several plays, always entertaining, acting has always been great.
