Great hotel option by the lake. Fantastic location, ample rooms with decent amenities all over the resort. Avoid overpriced food by the cafe in the lobby. Didn't tried restaurant due to Covid limitations. Family was happy, we will definitely return.

It was so beautiful. The staff were friendly, but the restaurant and bar service is very slow.

I didn't stay at this resort, but attended a wedding. This resort is beautiful! Great views of the lake and the forest areas. The lobby is clean and nice looking and the bar/restaurant was great too. Food was excellent! I would definitely come back to stay for a weekend.

This place was great, a lot of snow. I just wished customer service was better. Is like when it snows you are on your own lol. Beds were hard for us and small. But our view was breathtaking.

This place needs renovating. Black mold in the ceiling panels. Tv so old they don't have hdmi input. Carpet is dirty. Used utensils left on floor of suite. When we first walked in no switches worked. Had to screw in the bulbs. AC didn't work and vent was disgusting to even look at.

Had a wonderful stay! We brought our moms for Mother's Day weekend and they loved it. All of the staff were so nice. Chad at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. We had dinner in the restaurant there and it was delicious. Yes, it is pricey, but it was worth it, and the drinks were so good. Our server, Rachel, was amazing!! So friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed her service. We will definitely be back and would stay here again.

Nice upscale hotel with good amenities and friendly staff. We stayed in the Lake Front rooms and they were clean, with only minor signs of age. My wife and I are picky hotel critics and like high end properties, and we were very happy with our accommodations here. We will absolutely be back.

Its been the go to spot for the wife and I for years. Its a little over 30 min up the mountain but it feels like your far from the city. The air is clean, refreshing and the landscape and homes around the lake are amazing.

We enjoy and appreciate the view of Lake Arrowhead from the resort. The nearby stores and outlet are a walking distance from the resort. It would great if the resort provides breakfast for the guest to purchase. The restaurant inside the hotel is not open until lunch. There's a small cafe inside the hotel which opens from 7 to noon on weekdays and until 4 pm on the weekends. No microwave provided in the dining area that guests can use to warm up foods or milk for our kids. A diner nearby hotel opens by 9 am. No daily housekeeping provided due to pandemic.
