Big warehouse, decent prices but Vernon sales and Four Seaasons and Dollar Empire warehouses have better prices. Also some of the workers there at the front are always so loud and roudy. Overall not bad and mostly always has a variety of merchandise.

Poor customer services, never acknowledge their mistakes, put all the blames on customers.

I purchased items there, after delivered, I found a lot of expired items, wrong items and missing items.
When we went back to claim the missing items, they said, we have to wait for 5 weeks for them to verify and investigate. But they require item to be returned or exchanged within 2 days after delivery with 20% charge. They blame us for not checking the item when order and deliver; but whenever we ask for a list of ordered items at the store, they say, the list will come with the good delivery. They don t want to take responsible for their mistake and so rude when we ask for help.

I would never go back to that place again.

When I went thru all the items price, I saw most of items prices are actually more expensive than some smaller wholesalers.

If you return the item back make sure to count it properly, they will trick you on the count.

This company believes in NEPITISM. Was scheduled for 8am-4pm shift thru job agency and was told need to first show up for a "meet and great" ??? so was told to be there 10/15/2020 at 10am..Showed up at 9:30, checked in with security and introduced myself to receptionist...was then told someone will meet with me shortly.
While waiting another young individual and myself begin to chit chat (outside mind you not in the receptionist area because they dont have any accommodations) about our preferred shift, mornings. He tells me he's from a different agency then myself. ( In total there are at least 3 work agencies working in conjunction with them and we are all being told 1st shifts are available). He's a young man, chicano ( Mexican-American) and is verly fluent in English such as I am and he's seen before me. As soon as he's called in, just as quick is he out. When its my turn I am seen by somebody who is not the supervisor that I was scheduled to see. This individual ask me what is my preference? English or Spanish..I say I'm more comfortable speaking English and would like my forms as well..he then aske me to give him a second and walks out. A minute or two later a women walks in and tells me that all supervisors are out to lunch and if I can wait 30 minutes or so. I politely agree.....I am finally seen at 11:30 and Im still not seen by the mystery Supervisor..The individual who see's me attempts to communicate with me in English and so I resort to Spanish, which I am also very, very fluent in, so as to move this along ( I was attempting to be considerate for guys showing up at 11am and their not even being seen.) Well after describing my past work experience and my past duties he gets on the phone with another mystery man and then tells me there is nothing available for mornings..total B.S...Pure NEPITISM...they want to stick everyone else in the 2nd or 3rd shift and are hiring family and their buddies...all non-english speakers so thats probably why thier customer service is bad.. They just took one look at me and the other young guys and said No...shaved head, of light complexion and very fluent in our English...though we've under gone background checks and what not.. seems like this is a common thing happening....

Since they have gotten big they think we depend on them and the customer service has went down the drain. Trust me there are other wholesale players in town that actually appreciate there customers.
