Nice cocktails and they weren't too dear. Plus the staff were very good.

By starting from giving food order I waited approximately 10 mins although it was not busy at all staffs were extremely cool with making you waited. There was no menu available on table so went to the bar to wait for one available menu.
I ordered chicken wings by assuming barbecue souse will come on side but they put lot of it on the wings and smelling disgusting.. When I asked about it I have been told that it was fried with barbecue souse which is clearly lie so I just right away sent it back.. easily can say that I would never give a try one more time ..

Good food good service only down side is they serve pepsi and not coke

Good vibe and friendly enough place.staff were polite and done the track and trace information at the bar all were wearing mask.because we had booked in advance we were shown to our table,only thing that was wrong for me on leaving the premises a guy at the top of the stairs was taking everyone's temperature.thats all good and well I liked that but there was no one there when we arrived also some tables had customers at them already so my way of thinking is that some people are slipping thru the net and not being checked,they need to tighten this up for everyones safety apart from that all good

Having been to the Stirling Roo many times. I thought we would try their latest venue.
Christmas Eve at noon just off the Perth Road, I had anticipated a bar hoatching with students. How wrong could I have been.
Nobody not a soul. But hey!
The staff were great.
The food was very very tasty and got the thumbs up from all four of us.
Two of us had the chicken fajitas, one steak fajitas and a Mac&Cheese. I also ordered a side of Tiger Fries, they were excellent too.

If you're looking for a reasonable bar menu with a varied choice, you've found it.

Good food at reasonable prices. Best part of this place has to be its beer garden with a huge marquee and views at the rear of the restaurant.

Food was good but not a place to be on a busy Saturday night for food. Girls were run off there feet with one person serving at the bar who was getting a lot of stick from customers.

Decent to try out. Was very busy, had table booked which we were taken to on arrival.
Food took a while to get to us. It was alright.

no table service had to go up to bar to order our food. food took around 20 to 25 mins then had to go ask for cutlery and condiments. my steak sandwich was cold only a few pieces of steak on not toasted smart price bread my partners fish was brown in colour and over cooked. female toilets had no toilet roll and gents were stinking of urine. there was no sweet menu avaible either total waste of money won't ever be back.

Pizza is to die for, cocktails are out of this world, service is amazing and staff very friendly and helpful

This was our first time visiting since the venue became the Kilted Kangaroo. I had phoned a week in advance to book a table for an evening meal in their beer garden. I later called up to change it to indoors because the weather that day was atrocious, which the staff kindly accommodated - although i did find out the reservation had incorrectly been penciled in for 6pm instead of 7pm by the staff member who took my original call; it was lucky i had called again and picked up on the error otherwise we could have been left without a table.

We were slightly disappointed to find they were operating a reduced menu from that advertised on their website, with only burgers, pizza and nachos available. All of us, however, did find something to eat. There were no desserts on offer.



Those of us who ordered pizza and nachos found the portion sizes to be more generous.

Service could have been quicker as we waited over half an hour from ordering for our meal to arrive. There was also confusion at the end of the meal as they had lost our order, so we had to repeat all the food and drink we had had so that it could be put through the till again.

We were impressed with the Covid measures in place. Customers should bring a mask as you are expected to wear one when not sat down at a table.

Good cocktails and tasty food! Ended up getting a discount on my lunch, due to the student deal they had that day! Which is always a plus.

Had a great time, only disappointment was there weren't any actual kangaroos.

Table was booked. Very well organised. Staff all had masks on . Great bar service . Toilets were cleaned . Bar staff well mannered. Great experience and enjoyed my afternoon visit with refreshments with my work colleagues.

Was at this venue tonite for a meal very disappointed choice was nachos pizza or burger. Pizza had spars filling mostly just tomato and cheese. Out of 6 toilets only 2 were in use. Tiolet overcrowded and bins overflowing, not hygienic did not feel safe light shades covered in spider webs. Wont be back

A proper Dundee hub, great location for after work drinks, student friendly with awesome food.

Unfortunately such a disappointing experience. Brought my parents for food and drinks for the first time. Took 45 minutes for nachos to arrive as starters. Had asked for 1 large cheesy nachos with only cheese on one half. Lovely waitress More

Great pub, good food, braw deals Mon to Fri, like bogof pizza Tues. Staff brilliant too

Nice chilled back place. Staff helpful and my son enjoyed the food as did I.

Fun interior and decor. Staff were very warm, accommodating and informative to gluten free member of party. Food was marvellous and decent portion=price

Terrible service. Seated at table that staff were already aware the roof was leaking. One of our party asked specifically about item on menu and how it was served but when it arrived it was just as she definitely had not wanted it so sent it back. Then ordered alternative which meant three of us ate together and she eventually ate on her own.Her second choice of steak pie was not steak pie -it was a bowl of stewed beef with peas swimming in it with a bit of flaky pastry floating on top and only warm. We had to find the waiter to order more drinks. Would definitely never return.

Staff were brilliant, very friendly and funny. Food was very disappointing compared to The Boozy Cow, food was overcooked which seemed to happen to several people in our group

Fantastic staff. Found them very pleasant and lovely. They were able to get all the food out (that was fantastic btw) nice and warm. The bar staff were a good laugh and made us feel very welcome! Unfortunately the only downside was the management staff, I think a gentleman called Jeremy from what I could hear was a bit short tempered with the staff. Giving an overall bad vibe, he was just a bit rude to his staff to be honest! But everyone was on point apart from that!

Food was very tasty. Had a good lunch and the service was very good too.

Not for me. Just burgers and pizza to eat and fizzy lager for beer. At least it was open middle of Saturday afternoon.

It's not as good as boozy cow it used to be very student oriented and when my friends and I visited it was big groups of families at 9pm on a weekday. Drinks are good but the vibe is not good in there. Staff seem uninterested.
