They are a very sincere staff. They let our wishes be our own and personal. We wouldn't have done it any other way. Was very pleased to see our family member so natural and peaceful. They cared for our needs with tenderness as well. Special thanks to them all.

Douglas and Elizabeth were so caring, professional and sensitive during the loss of my father. Travel was difficult from Georgia to New Mexico during COvID 19 and many arrangements had to be made long distance until I could finally get there. They made this difficult time much less stressful.

This has to be a tough job to do well, and I sure don't want to go through this ever again, but LaGrone probably did as good a job as anyone could have. They were compassionate and accommodating, and didn't try to guilt us into buying a more expensive casket or anything like that. Seem like good people.
Rodney and the whole La Grone staff are compassionate, caring and were able to offer the right level of care for our families needs. My mother passed away unexpectantly and Rodney was able to respectfully accommodate all of my mother's wishes although we weren't totally prepared. I felt no pressure at any moment and the La Grone team helped us warmly through this life event.
