Received someone elses order from AB , contacted lacoste 5 times since may 22nd (date order was received). No answer from them , just totally ignoring my request . They just stole 183$ from me

I loveeeee this store. It's a 2 floors boutique, men's section is separated from the women's section and it makes it so much easier to look for something :) Jonathan is super nice. This Lacoste store is just well organized and so cute. :)

A big zero From 1 they have about no stock The personel is desagreable level 100 And never know anything But the big problem is the manager who shouts after his employees and they are honest with the consumer Online returns are possible in store ... but he does not take them back ... so as not to touch his stats of the day

Nice shop and well located but bad experience after a purchase back. After the salesman asked me with a half-smile if I needed something, his smile was definitely tense at the mention of a return purchase. For obscure reasons, it was apparently impossible to get a refund in the shop (new product with invoice). In my insistence and after asking to see the manager, I finally won. But what a test for a simple refund !!!!! I imagine all those who went home empty-handed and obliged to send their parcels by post.

Very bad experience at Lacoste St-Catherine. The return policy is not written in the store and the cashier did not informed us about it. When we came back to return the Item (on sale )they mentioned to us that we are just allow to exchange , they did not give you even a Credit note ! ...their argument is that the policy is written in the bill.....will be appreciate to inform your clients before the tansaction is done !! Cause after is too late !will never come back !

Quality clothes, certainly quite expensive but their balances are very generous and therefore the right time to go shopping. Employees help a lot without putting too much pressure (they are salespeople after all) and know each other well. Only problem is that it's hard to reach them on the phone!

Very nice experience despite the covid! We have to wait outside but the manager Trish is extremely patient, she often went outside to reassure customers even if there are some who are quite rude! She even went outside to give masks to those who didn't have them. Wonderful team! Very impressed with her professionalism at such a young age!

The sales associate in the evening before the shops close were so not helful, they were just talking to eachother and just gossiping... really unprofessional and not splurging my money on these types of store who does not care about their customer, bought multiple things from there, not gonna happen AGAIN

To avoid. I went to the store at the opening on a Tuesday morning. Super quiet to take the time to shop. The sales people didn't seem to want to help me more than they needed. Finally, I order a gray coat size 40. They don't have it in stock. So I order it. He told me it was 50% off but it was 40%. It honors 50%. The seller takes 20 minutes to take the order. I receive a confirmation email a few minutes later. I check everything and I see that 1-postcode error 2-wrong color So I call the store to rectify everything, he says no, the photo shows a red coat but it's gray. Okay... I finally get the coat at home. Red coat. I call the store to let them know. After talking to the manager of the store, she tells me that I cannot return it to the store, that I cannot recommend the coat by phone or receive my 50% honored at the start and I must go to the store to iron the ordered. It is clearly written behind the order form that I can return any item in store, even items ordered or online ..... For a high-end store, it's pitiful as a service. Having worked in several stores myself, I would never have treated a customer like this. The stores are having misery in Montreal, they will surely close by acting this way.

Selling polos "basics" made in Peru at $ 175 + TX is quite surprising. When, in addition, the saleswoman does not even provide real customer service ... It becomes ridiculous. Better select your sellers. You owe it to your customers!

Terrible customer service. My purchase experience was agreeable but after 4 months my shoes look like this. I went to the store and was basically being accused of making them dump or wet. PS: I have never used them in the rain, snow, or even to a club. That hurts for shoes at $149!
