I've been there a few times to have my blood drawn to have certain laboratory values checked. Can't complain overall. The measurement results obtained were entirely plausible.

After three days my COVID- test result is still not there ! Impossible to reach them by phone, always busy. I have no idea when to expect any information from them. By the way it s written that the test results can be available in 24 hours. Very disappointing!

Easy to contact both in german and in english. When I had problems concerning the results withdrawal I got a prompt reply within minutes after filling up the online form. Thank you Dr. Limbach team.

Unfortunately, we were so disappointed twice in a row that we just feel like worthless numbers. We lost a lot of money and nerves due to wrong information. Unfortunately, we have received nothing of humanity or solidarity from this laboratory. Everyone is overwhelmed by the current situation, but if you decide to do this job, there should be more to it. If someone REALLY needs help and is dependent on others, this is absolutely the wrong address.

I was scheduled to collect my test results at MVZ Labor and I showed up at the specified time. Even though I was the only customer at that time, I ended up waiting at the reception for almost 30 min, while both clerks kept on receiving and answering phone calls. No apologies. They were seemingly in no hurry to finish these phone calls, although they took my ID card and started processing my request before the phone rang. After standing in front of them for almost 30 min I had to intervene and ask if I could get my results anytime soon. Then the clerk who was still on the phone asked the other one sitting next to her, who has been free for a while, to take care of me. Neither of them apologised for this unusually long waiting time, and their attitude was not very friendly overall. I can understand being busy, but no one should be ignored like this. Therefore, only one star

Ridiculous. No customer service and I am already waiting more than 32h. By all means the worst Covid test experience. I will never use them again. Centogen in FRA is cheaper and guaranteed to deliver results within 6h. I wish I had known before....
