I was scheduled to collect my test results at MVZ Labor and I showed up at the specified time. Even though I was the only customer at that time, I ended up waiting at the reception for almost 30 min, while both clerks kept on receiving and answering phone calls. No apologies. They were seemingly in no hurry to finish these phone calls, although they took my ID card and started processing my request before the phone rang. After standing in front of them for almost 30 min I had to intervene and ask if I could get my results anytime soon. Then the clerk who was still on the phone asked the other one sitting next to her, who has been free for a while, to take care of me. Neither of them apologised for this unusually long waiting time, and their attitude was not very friendly overall. I can understand being busy, but no one should be ignored like this. Therefore, only one star
