Their 74000 series FreeZone freeze dryer started malfunctioning a few months after the warranty expired. Since they do not service their own equipment, they referred me to a "local" (Canada wide) service that has yet to call me back. I have now been in touch with them three different times and I still don't have a clue who can service this thing. If you have the option, I would recommend buying from a manufacturer that actually services the equipment they sell.
