Unfortunately this company no longer does what it originally set out to do. Jordan Thomas is making huge profits shorting honest companies. Under the guise of a law license he is ruining peoples lives and well I wouldn't at all be surprised to see a lawsuit coming his way.

If your looking for a firm that represents shady short sellers you have found your firm. This firm files unproven claims against companies to drive down share prices for their admitted short seller clients. If you need legal work I would not recommend them.
Jordan Thomas of Labaton Sucharow LLP made material misrepresentations in the citizens petition of Cassava Sciences on August 25, 2021. He executed a certification stating the submission was complete although is false given the following. The Cassava Sciences stock price fell by 50% the day the news of the Citizens Petition. It was not until after the first rebuttal by Cassava Sciences and the next day, that Mr. Thomas admitted he represented citizens with short positions in the Cassava Sciences stock. He, therefore, made a material misrepresentation in the petition he certified.

Jordan Thomas is the short king. Loves making up garbage about companies to profit himself. Wouldn't let this law firm represent me ever. Avoid at all costs!
Jordan A. Thomas, a partner at the firm, once said: "The ends justify the means...I was willing to do illegal and unethical things." Plus, he submits tweets and blog rumors as substantial evidence, and leaves sloppy mistakes, such as obvious misspellings, in his filings. If he is reprentative of how this firm operates, then I wouldn't hire them.
They try to collect as much information from me as possible in their case against T-mobile and Spotify. They say my information has been leaked and they have a class action against both these companies. Very unprofessional!
