I was going to enroll at La Salle the past September, based on what they told me in June when I went to the campus for a tour. They told me there were many international students and that in the course I was going to undertake (Business Management) there wasn't any algebra but just economics or math related to business. Turns out, when I get there in September 2018, there were very few international students like myself( I was the only one in some classes) and in the first course I was taking, the first semester was all about algebra. I paid 1000 to pre-enroll( based on the informations that were given to me in June 2018 which turned out to be completely untrue) which I asked back since I enrolled in a different university, but La Salle refused to refund me the 1000. I had a very bad experience with this university... they call it an 'international' university but most of the international students they have are doing an Erasmus, so there are not many international students enrolled in the Undergraduate courses. If you're looking for a university with many international students from all over the world (like I was doing), this is NOT the right university. Despite my very bad experience with La Salle, I ackonowledge that there were a few people in the staff that were very helpful and understood my point but unfortunatly couldn't do anything to refund me 1000.

One of the best private technical engineering scho...
One of the best private technical engineering schools in Spain, and the first telecommunications technical school in Catalonia. Founding partner of the Ramon Llull University and with many levels of training, from degrees, university masters, postgraduate and executive education.
The professional careers service is very powerful and offers many outings, as well as its alumni network.
If you have doubts about where to study the career, just ask your former students.
The facilities are really good. It has a gym on campus, a business incubator, a university residence, a restaurant and parking at a much better price than the blue zone.

I do not recommend this university to anyone becau...
I do not recommend this university to anyone because of my bad experience. If you are considering studying at this university, I recommend reading my case below:
I was interested in the Business Business Management Degree (11,640euros / year) and my first contact was on Skype on 05/18/2015 as I was still in my home country (Brazil).
I had already done all the necessary processes to obtain the `` Young leaders '' scholarship and after a few steps on the internet they offered me a 50% * discount, which would be 5,820 euros / year (* after the second year the discount is can reduce up to 20% if you don't get an average of 7.0). It seemed like a good agreement but this is where the problems began: since I was not in Spain, I should pay a substantial amount of money for international transfer (1,000.00 euros = 17.1% of tuition) for a so-called "place reservation "to be able to secure the scholarship.
No information on how many scholarships were still available were accessible and strongly advised me to pay the amount of 1,000,000 euros as soon as possible because if I did not do so there would be great risks of losing the scholarship. Being in a situation of pressure and uncomfortable I ended up paying 1,000 euros on the last day of the deadline (05/20/2016).
Once I arrived in Barcelona (06/19/16) I went to visit the Campus and tried to meet personally the staff with whom I had previously contacted by e-mail / skype (Sara Beltrame and Prof. German Aragon). I visited the LaSalle BCN Campus on 06/29/16 and 06/30/16 (Official Information Session). To my surprise, during the second day, in the official briefing I realized that I was the ONLY one who had already paid the place reservation fee. In addition, we were informed that many scholarships were still available! Therefore it turns out that the feeling of shortage of scholarships that I had while I was dealing with the university via the internet was totally wrong!
But he was still interested in the course and willing to learn more about the campus, teachers, staff and principals. I tried to talk to second-year students who were also in the official briefing. I spoke with Marcos (2nd year student) and Sara (staff) to try to resolve the issues related to the scholarship. The answers I had was: "This type of information can only be given to you by the Degree Director - Mr. Chris Kennett, who is currently in China." I sent an email to Mr. C. Kennett on 07/02/16 but I NEVER received an answer. Sara Beltrame helped me let her know that I had contacted her via e-mail. I received a response from the university informing me that the Director had already returned to Barcelona and would respond as soon as possible. Such a thing never happened.
Feeling deeply disappointed by the lack of attention on the part of the university in solving my questions, I decided to stop choosing LaSalleBarcelona as an academic center to continue my training / professional development and, of course, demand the refund of the amount.
I have been asking to be reimbursed by email, in meetings with staff members and finally with the senior director, Jordi Margalef. I am still denied the right to a refund ....
I do not intend to leave this subject for finishing since it is a rather abusive amount (17%) taking into account my current student situation.

Excellent School of Engineers. The second best in Catalonia and without a doubt among the top 5 in Spain (along with UPM, UPV and ICAI). I studied Telecommunications Engineering at La Salle BCN and the level and demand were very high. It is normal that La Salle, which is integrated in the Ramon Llull University, is at the same level as its ESADE or IQS sisters. The facilities and laboratories are great and always have the latest technology.

Former student of the MIBA masters: Very competent teachers with extensive professional experience in their respective fields. According to my criterion the humanistic subjects are those that bring real value to this course. I also have to say that being the second promotion there are certain improvements that are relevant to the organization of the subjects

Personally, as an international animation student I have had a lot of difficulties here. Mind you, if you have a lot of information and about the animation industry and some good international networks and have a good level of Spanish and/or Catalan, I think you can pull it off but that wasn't the case for me. I think that university should help with this stuff but the language barrier was a big issue for me. What you will see most often is the upfront 1000 euro payment, which is heavily pressed on international students unlike the locals who just pay during the year. Next up is admissions, who weren't at all aware of what the Spanish consulate in my country needs for the student visa or how it works, abd honestly the same applies to the international students department whom failed to help me with my TIE renewal properly during my second year, so I had to get another student visa from scratch. During that time I had to fiercely email them for help and most of them got to office during early September which pretty much lead to me missing a month of school this year. There were some people with good intentions but as an international student I was pretty much on my own for the most part. This also applied to my classes, in which there were some international students but their native language was Spanish. The teachers for the most part didn't care for English with the exception of two I can think of off the top of my head and due to this, I and some international students I know basically had to learn Spanish just to be able to understand our teachers, who for the most part vanished into thin air after our classes and didn't return our emails. Some teachers when asked for feedback, which is essential for a branch like animation, gave it in spanish and if I was lucky classmates would translate them to English. The same applies for a majority of the resources we were given, which were either in Spanish or Catalan.
Overall, La Salle has a lot of potential for someone who has some previous experience with 3D Animation and can speak Spanish or Catalan especially on a native level, but I have had a lot of problems as an international students. Regardless, I am still thankful for having gotten to know two of my professors and some of the staff members.

Do not sign up at this university. The ecommerce master does not meet a minimum level of quality. The teachers in general (except 2) are bad, the address is horrible, the attention to the student is taken by people burned and incompetent. If you complain and there is something you don't like, forget about it and expect some change. There are many unhappy students, but there is a lack of information on the web for those people (like me in their day) who looked for info and found no opinions. As good private it is, it is impossible to suspend (said by master coordinators) and the minimum grade is 7.5. You cannot work in a team that you choose or in your own project, they bring together people who don't know each other and if cohesion fails on the subject, they force you one of a friend of the coordinator (work for free). Paying 6000 euros for a master's degree and obtaining this quality is the same as throwing money and wasting time.
