Very nice hotel and food was also of good quality although not a lot of variety specially in the breakfast but anyway is better than having a lot of variety without quality. Stuff are welcoming and helpful. Will visit again definitely.

Upscale hotel with good cuisine and a lovely beach that is 5 min away with the hotel own shuttle bus.

They have the best spa I've ever been to, the rooms are amazing, and the bathroom rocks.

Product is excellent, the staff is the best asset of this Hotel, in all departments ( F.O., H.K., kitchen, Food and bev.and recreation). The management should be proud of them. Please keep up the high standard.

As a resindence great, as a westin misserable, we will not be coming back as the services were highly changeable. Between dreamlike and underground everything was there.

For us the best vacation has been there. We are repeat vacationers and will be back.

In the beginning the room was in bad shape. Toilet broken, shower head leaking at the side, curtains heavily soiled. All complaints were eliminated within a day.

I was planning a 4 nights stay this January, but could not stay for more than 2 night and ended up moving to another hotel.

The overall experience was disappointing to say the least. Toilet was Clogged, sealing was dripping, variety of food was limited, the beach was far away and the bus to take you to and from was very late in both directions.

Most importantly, waiters were extremely rude. I can understand the staff being inexperienced but shouting at guests is a different issue. There is an extreme lack of proper management that understands hospitality, no one to hear your compliant. I was extremely frustrated for 2 days then i had to move to another hotel to salvage the rest of my vacation.

Great resort. Friendly staff. Great service. Free wifi. It's not right on the beach but there's a regular 5~10 minutes shuttle to it's own beach on the bay. You'll find Golf courses and pro shop here. There's a fitness center with a nice sauna and steem room. The soma bay thalassotherapy and spa is a 5 mins walk away. You'll also find a really nice quiet corner in the lobby with chess and cards playing tables and a small library which is quite relaxing.

During covid pandemic the hotel restaurant downgrades its variety for food and deserts and canceled salmon from breakfast menu.

Nice hotel on a hill with integrated golf course. Good view to the sea. Shuttle bus to the sea and the free beach chairs. Drives every 20 minutes. The beach bar is nicely located offering good snacks and drinks. The rooms are comfortable and large. The beds are comfortable and have new American mattresses. You sleep very well. The pool area is well maintained. The pool is good and invites you to swim. The pool bar also offers snacks and drinks. The staff is very friendly. The hotel area is spacious. There is a modern equipped gym with air conditioning and good appliances. The thalasso and spa area is very nice. Has a nice indoor pool and an outdoor pool. The food in the air-conditioned area is varied and very good. The kitchen is international. This includes a nice terrace. Unfortunately the hotel is not in all corners nice and would have to be renovated especially in the outdoor area in some places. In the shower area inside small mold would have to be made away. There is a lack of love for thoroughness and detail in some places. The advantages outweigh. It is nice and quiet and relaxing. If you are looking for gold here is right. Soma Bay a dream beach. In a few minutes walk over a 400 meter long bridge a beautiful lagoon for snorkeling and an impressive coral reef. There is Wi-Fi in the hotel grounds and on the beach at the beach bar.

Really relaxed hotel ... if you like Egypt, a real recommendation.

I am staying with my boyfriend at the lovely Kempinski and we had brochures in our room praising the best spa in egypt . The prices, the treatment description and the photos suggested a wonderful oasis. Only when we arrived we were told, that the main spa area is under construction. This and the incredible noise and dust were already disappointing, as we were not informed about this when we made the booking yesterday. However, we decided to stay and give it a chance. The entire place needs a complete renovation. The only available steamroom was mouldy and dirty, the building in itself a little broken here, a little broken there. So we cancelled our appointments. I am highly disappointed. The photos on the website do not match anything of what we saw there. Im sorry that I cant share photos. I didnt bring my phone as I expected pure welness heaven.

We stayed at the West Inn le Cascades in the 1st week of February. We have never had a nicer or better vacation. The hotel is absolutely top class and every star is worth five stars. The service and the food is the best, the rooms are well equipped, very clean and quiet. The service on the beach and the beach restaurant is also perfect with an excellent shuttle service
We can only contradict all negative reviews because the hotel is worth a visit and recommendation at any time. We'll definitely be back in autumn and we're already looking forward to it today. Great golf hotel in the middle of a dream golf course.
