Great staff always accommodates every need. They go the extra mile for everything; food, room and definitely quiet and comfortable. Definitely would recommend staying here. Also close to Bass Pro Shop and other areas of interest.
Rooms are nice, front desk lady was a bit sarcastic and rude. Felt unwelcome after our interaction where I was correct and she didn't even apologize. Just don't be colored and come here. Definitely talked to the next guy well and proper.
This is a nice location. It has been clean and relatively well maintained every time I ve stayed there. The staff has always been nice and helpful. The one thing I do not like is all the hardwood. It looks nice and I m sure it s easy to clean but it seems to carry sound very well. If you re in a room close to the elevator and ice machine you hear everything that goes on out there-EVERYTHING! Besides that it is fine.
Was a clean and modern facility located on a major street. It is a few miles off the interstate. The front office person who helped me was extremely friendly and the room rate very fair. The room was very clean and comfortable. If I was in the area, I would stay here again.
My stay was great n very accommodating my family loved the comfortable atmosphere. My only thing is the assumption of the housekeeping on accusing us of smoking in the room. Which we did not. If they thought so they should've knocked on the door and asked. The general manager was very helpful in the situation and the front desk clerk too. But housekeeping never once asked if we needed new towels or anything but was really quick to say we was smoking. Never got fresh soap or towels trash never got empty. We took it out ourselves. But all and all everything else was great. All I ask in the future is that you dont assume ask and don't try to charge people for damages or smoking without proof of it.
Amazing and very clean! Worth the money! I will be back on my next visit to Springfield.
I have stayed at LaQuinta hotels before and have always enjoyed them. I don t have anything bad to say about this one but you probably need to know a few things before you stay. This hotel is pet friendly and I applaud them for that. However, this comes with a few issues. We were approached by several unleashed dogs the first day. While most dogs are friendly, not all dogs are. Maybe the hotel can enforce a leash rule while dogs are at the hotel. The second issue was the dog hair that was in the hotel. Again, we are big dog fans and praise the hotel for opening their doors to our little friends but it s something you need to know about before you book your room.
With that being said. The staff was amazingly friendly and pleasant and the overall service was great. Would we stay here again? Probably not, due to the dog hair. Would I recommend the hotel for someone with a dog that was traveling? Most definitely!!!!
Location of the motel was PERFECT! Right across from the club meeting location. Could have walked ! The room was EXCELLENT! Spacious, quiet and had all the amenities, which all functioned properly. The only problem was with the card reader on my room door. I had to get a different card, and while it was somewhat better, it still took several swipes to get in. BONUS: The front desk called me about a half hour after I checked in to inquire if everything was satisfactory!
Clean rooms, GREAT breakfast best I ve seen in ages, nice, efficient, and knowledgeable Front desk employees. They had a gal cleaning constantly around the elevators breakfast area and front desk and a young man working on the grounds. This is one of the best LaQuintas I ve been in traveling from the West back East. Pet friendly.
Not a single hot option for breakfast. If you see a hot tub in the pool area, that isn't there anymore. Pretty standard otherwise
