This company scams people.
My mother had health insurance and also her car insurance with them. She passed away and handed the insurance to the funeral company which was in charge of contacting the insurance. The POSITIVE refused to pay attention to those of the Burial company because they said they would only speak with the family members of the insured. 5 days later I called the Positive Insurance to get the burial expenses but what I found was the most ridiculous and stupid answer I have ever heard, they told me:
You should have reported the death of your mother on the same day of your death, so you cannot be covered or reimbursed any amount, if you do not report it on the day of the accident there is no obligation on our part to pay any sum of money .

Scammers!

I do not even want to think about what situation they put to people who really believe they have the support of some insurance they pay and who could not solve any case of this kind.

I repeat SCAMMERS !!!
